來懷化出差，酒店在金口岸附近，離懷化南站七八公里，開車15分鐘左右，打車16元。就在在4-9層，1是早餐，早餐38元一位。訂的豪華大床房，在9樓，房間很大很乾凈，燈光智能控制，窗簾智能控制，還有藍牙音箱，非常適合商務出差。

一言難盡，體驗不好。
沒有涼拖鞋，得光着腳洗澡。衞生打掃不乾淨，還有上個客人用過後留下的梳子。電吹風是我住酒店用過的最小功率，風還沒有用嘴吹來得大。
大熱天的晚上洗澡，結果死活找不到涼拖鞋，衹有兩雙一次性棉拖。打電話到前台，幾次之後終於通了，告訴我沒有涼拖鞋，説之前有客人投訴那拖鞋太臭，所以就全部不供應了。這跟害怕被噎到而放棄吃飯有什麼區別？
我問那我怎麼洗澡？説是讓我光着腳洗……衹能説是真**。
沒辦法，就光着腳去洗澡。洗浴間的地面是防滑的還好，走到客廳裏腳下一滑差點摔倒。建議如果一定要取消拖鞋，那就得在洗浴間門口加一塊墊子，吸水防滑。
小心翼翼用洗澡巾擦乾腳，去吹頭髮，結果發現電吹風的風量跟用嘴吹熱茶一樣，綿軟無力，還不如我吹口哨吹出來的風大呢。
之後在窗簾邊的桌子底下發現梳子一把，跟提供的一次性梳子對比，是一樣的，估計是上任客人留下的。

已經住了很多次了，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間智能控制，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯！採光好，明亮，設施齊全 前台服務好 衞生乾淨，細節到位。

凌晨一點多入住，渾身疲憊就想睡覺，走到床邊一看才發現兩個枕頭套都是沒換的，上面一股子油頭味，浴巾也是破破爛爛，路過一次，以後都不可能會來了
