華鎣山最近免費，我們是從山上耍了下來住的這個酒店，酒店環境很不錯，太陽下面看起整棟樓金燦燦的，大廳也很豪華，前台開房辦理很快，一入住就有一位小姐姐來送水果，態度很好，名字是英文我也沒記住，前面是個M開頭的，簡單交談以後給我推薦了足浴去洗腳，太懂我們的感受了，爬山爬了將就五個多小時下來累慘了，去洗個腳放鬆多了，早餐結束時間有點早就沒吃成，整體我還是很推薦這個酒店，下次來還要住吧，酒店照片沒拍發個山上的照片。😝

這次出差第一次來到華鎣這座城市，不知道往哪裡好，在網上看到就入住了這家酒店，位置很方便，前台客服人員工作很熱情，辦理入住後有管家Tina,送點心到房間來問候，服務很暖心，很有禮貌，客服Tina服務很周到，期間詢問一些問題，不僅態度好也非常的有耐心，房間挺大，裏面安靜，乾淨，衞生，整潔，光線好，明亮寬敞，整體還不錯，衞生間也挺大，住着很舒服，酒店一些設施設備也很新很齊全，整體風格很喜歡，適合出差的朋友們過來體驗，整體還不錯！下次過來這邊還會來光顧的，很好的入住體驗，整體都不錯，點贊！

已經是這家酒店的老顧客了，每次出差來到華鎣都會選擇星星國際酒店，首先是酒店的位置很好，距離高速路口很近，非常容易找到，開車到這邊也是很方便的，然後酒店的外觀也挺漂亮，金色的大樓無疑是華鎣的標誌性建築，位置極佳，周圍環境也不錯，毗鄰安丙公園，周圍購物，吃飯也是很方便的，住過酒店很多次，乾淨衞生，很舒適，房間寬敞明亮，光線很好，床鋪的很整齊，而且酒店的床墊睡着很舒服，酒店前台服務態度好，特別是客服管家Tina，有幾次接待過我，這次過來住了兩天，這次也是她接待的，因為晚上到趕到酒店時間比較晚了，剛開始定的高級單間，由於靠在電梯口的，Tina客服就申請叫前台給我免費升級的一間觀景房，由於趕到酒店的時候就十點對了，管家這邊提前幫我把房間的空調打開了，還給房間裏面放了小點心，服務很細心，還幫我準備了信封放在前台，詢問各種問題都耐心解答，並細心幫我去解決，服務非常的細心周到，特別的有耐心，是一個很好的小姐姐，服務熱情有親和力，不管你是出差的工作者還是出來旅遊的愛好者，對待都很有責任心，非常不錯的入住體驗，非常推薦來這邊出差旅遊的住店的朋友們，星星國際酒店非常值得入住！

地理位置方便，整體還不錯，裝修簡約新潮，大堂很寬敞，進入酒店視野很好，酒店服務很熱情周到，距離辦事的地方很近步行就能到達，酒店環境非常好，前台服務超讚，因為入住比較晚 加之第二天一早要敢飛機前台特意給我申請了房型升級，房間很大，依舊是我喜歡的風格，寬敞明亮，性價比超高，很舒適，衞生，乾淨，整潔，乾爽無異味，熱水器調節很好，隔音也還行，沒有影響睡眠，睡得很好，強烈推薦入住，謝謝你們的細心照顧，每次過來都有送小點心，有種回到家裡的感覺 因為老家也是在華鎣這邊 ，已經有一段時間沒有回來看看了，所以覺得特別親切 也很感謝接待我的客服管家Tina,帶我辦理入住真的非常熱情，非常的細心 ，熱心，很有禮貌的打招呼，隨時微笑迴應，彬彬有禮，標準形象非常得體，這種工作態度很好，給她點贊，真心不錯，還引領我們到房間，熱情幫我們提行李到樓上，親切問候，熱情介紹酒店早餐這些，最後又給我們送來了點心問候，真的很負責，體驗感棒棒的，早餐也不錯，服務員態度也很好，走的時候退房也很方便，都是她幫忙退的，下次回來肯定還會選擇這裏的，聽Tina介紹其他房型也還不錯，下次準備換個房型體驗一下。

酒店很好，很滿意，這次來華鎣辦點事情，時間緊張所以在這裏住了一晚，酒店的防疫措施做得還挺好的，都要求掃碼戴口罩，這點讓人住得很安心，辦理入住也很快，房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，房間旁邊是個安丙公園，足夠安靜，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，很滿意，房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，特別是客服管家SaSa，很主動，很熱情，很可愛的小姐姐，下次過來還找她。酒店地理位置也很好，離高速路口很近，交通很方便，性價比很高的酒店，早餐品種也很豐富，房間設施新，床品舒服，總體來説跟一些快捷商務酒店很不一樣，物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗。

第二次入住星星國際酒店了，酒店環境很不錯，衞生也很好，地理位置好 周圍環境優美，自助早餐很全 食材很新鮮，而且還可以根據客人的要求加被子，另外還有免費的下午茶 服務很熱情，提別是一樓的客服Tina小妹妹，細心周到，還有停車場不用擔心停車問題，整體很安逸，下次還要來，良心推薦！

本次入住體驗非常不錯，從下訂單開始就有酒店的管家致電服務了，管家西西詢問我幾點入住酒店和對房間有沒有什麼要求等，因為是帶着孩子一起我想要一個樓層不是很高的房間，給她説一些條件後管家西西説會在酒店大堂接我帶我辦理入住，到了酒店以後她帶着我到了房間，樓層是我想要的樓層，房間是在走廊的中間，從窗户往外面看還有一個公園，到了房間後還給我簡單的介紹了房間，等等，整個過程下來我很滿意也很輕鬆，有本酒店重視的感覺，一直到退房都是很愉快的。
