The hotel is excellent, offering comprehensive and top-notch services. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Despite working from 7am until evening daily, they consistently maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor. They take great care in cleanliness, ensuring areas such as the roofs, handrails, seating, and chairs are cleaned daily. The hotel's cleanliness and comfort make it highly recommendable.

1. When booking, Hurghada Hotel ranked first on Ctrip's beautiful scenery list. Now it seems to be second, but this hotel does not live up to its reputation. You can't see the sunset on the beach. The sunset is behind you. I feel that this list is paid for. The following picture 12 was taken on the beach at sunset. It is not much different from other hotels. And because it is in the bay, the sea level is very narrow, and I don't know where the beautiful scenery is.
2. All-inclusive hotel, but all in-room meals need to be paid separately (ordered through the hotel website, the price displayed when placing the order is 0), but I was not informed, and no bill was given at the final settlement.
3. Two twin rooms were booked, and all were changed to double rooms without being informed.
4. The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities and environment are pretty good.

Great hotel, small but nice. There are resident singers at the bar every night. For hotel dinner, you need to scan the QR code to make a reservation or call the front desk to make a reservation one day in advance. Overall good review. The hotel has a good view. After all, it ranks first in Ctrip’s scenic views. Watching the sunset on the beach is beautiful. On the beach, you can go to the hotel next door and have a movie. Three meals a day are included, and each meal is quite filling. Among them, the Greek restaurant in Yada is the best. We went on an all inclusive program. The food is delicious, you order like in a restaurant (not a buffet), because of this, often the waiters can forget to write down and bring the dish. The beach is good. The rooms are good but the floors are dirty. All bars have local alcohol, only one bar had imported. The territory of the hotel is small, but there is another hotel nearby that you can use. We played tennis, golf and basketball there. There is also a water park with good slides.
