The hotel is excellent, offering comprehensive and top-notch services. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Despite working from 7am until evening daily, they consistently maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor. They take great care in cleanliness, ensuring areas such as the roofs, handrails, seating, and chairs are cleaned daily. The hotel's cleanliness and comfort make it highly recommendable.

總體不推薦。
1.預訂的時候攜程赫爾格達酒店美景榜第一名，現在好像是第二，但這個酒店名不副實，沙灘上看不到海邊日落，日落在身後，感覺這個榜是花錢上的。下圖12是 日落時候在沙灘拍的，和別家酒店差別不大，且由於是在灣裏，海平面很窄，不懂美景的點在哪裡。
2. 全包酒店，但所有房間內點餐都需要另付費（通過酒店網頁下單的，下單結算的時候顯示價格為 0），但沒有被告知，最後結算的時候也沒有給賬單。
3.預訂的是兩間雙床房，在未被告知的情況下全部換成大床房。
4.酒店比較新，設施環境都還不錯。

酒店在赫爾格達算新的，離市區有點距離，出入可能不是很方便，但酒店服務，設施都很好。有機會還是會回來住的。

很棒的酒店，小而精。每晚酒吧都有駐唱助興。酒店晚餐需掃碼預約或電話前台提前一天預約。我們掃碼約了Basilico Italian。同行人電話前台也預約了意大利餐廳。後來才知道Basilico Italian是隔壁賓館的意大利餐廳。前台幫忙約的是我們酒店前台樓上的意大利餐廳，儘管約錯地方了，但還是想辦法解決了。

總體好評。酒店風景不錯，畢竟在攜程美景排名第一。沙灘上看日落挺美的。沙灘上可以去隔壁酒店轉轉，也出片的。一日包三餐，餐餐吃的挺飽的。其中Yada的希臘餐廳最好吃。美中不足的地方是裝修風格太古樸，不是我喜歡的那種。客房服務還行。

Ездили по программе все включено. Еда вкусная, заказываешь как в ресторане (не шведский стол), из-за этого часто официанты могут забыть записать и принести блюдо. Пляж хороший. Номера хорошие, но пол в них грязный. Во всех барах местный алкоголь, только в одном баре был импортный. Территория у отеля маленькая, но рядом есть еще один отель которым можно пользоваться. Там мы играли в теннис, гольф и баскетбол. Так же там есть аквапарк с хорошими горками.
