Disappointed. Stayed here for the inclusive pool parties although we was only planning on going to one (Which I got kicked out for being rude to security!), spoke to manager who was unhelpful (I’m sure staff are used to dealing with people who have had too much too drink, wasn’t causing any trouble just questioning why they had thrown someone else out! Should have minded my own, yes! But I also know what bullies security can be in Ibiza as I’ve been many times before!) however, this issue ruined my stay overall as was only there for few days. Feel like hotel guests are treated less favourably than people only there for events. On top of that, did not get much sleep as people shouting and playing loud music ALL night (4,5,6am), I assumed evening would be quieter once parties finished at 9. Rooms very basic and only cleaned once during our 5 day stay however hotel is nice although our room was at the back of the stage! Wouldn’t stay again but I think chill pool room would have been a better option for us. Breakfast not great, would recommend ‘Melbourne Street’, a few blocks down (amazing food, lovely staff and great coffee!)

Hotel is very clean - they clean the pool area/ all toilets/ lounges etc each day. Very well thought out of - pool parties are from 2pm -21pm which is nice if you still want to get a good nights rest. Rooms are big and breakfast was great. Staff is so friendly and we had a great experience.

After changing our room once checked in to roof top rooms perfect view for all that was happening on the stage which we loved we just love this hotel and it’s even better now staff were so pleasant and helpful only down side need kettles and toasters please

From first arriving to the minute you leave you feel so welcome. All the staff are so friendly and upbeat from the reception to the bar to the security. An extra special thank you to the pool and bar staff at the chill out pool. Carlos is such a nice guy along with the rest of the team I wish i could remember their names as they deserve a mention. The main area has an event every day which is absolutely amazing. The buffet breakfast is so good value for money and extremely tasty with a array of options to suit all. I look forward to visiting later in the year. Harrison

What an experience I had, this was a holiday to remember. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Ibiza rocks is just full of laughter. Ronon one of the staff members was very helpful showing us to our rooms helping us with other locations and always stopped for a conversation.

We didn't stay at the hotel but attended the pool party event for which we paid a lot of money. I had emails confirming all paid in full. A deposit was taken for the event and the remainder taken a month prior. When we arrived we were told we had 950 euro in credit for drinks so we chose the 950 euro drinks package (which was not a lot). Towards the end of the event we were approached by a member of staff with a card machine saying we owed almost another 300 euro. They said it was for the pool beds bit email confirmed we had already paid for those. We didn't have any extra drinks and I had to dispute this. Staff quickly turned on us and were rude for the rest of the evening. I have complained but heard nothing back. Amazing venue and great djs but can't help but feel they prey on people after they've had a drink to get extra money with no understanding what it's for. Kind of ruined our last couple of hours there.....

Stayed here for 2 nights last weekend. We had a Stage view room and it was awesome, deffo worth paying the little bit extra. Overlooking the pool venue, music pumping, whilst getting ready. Got us in the mood for Switch Disco. Room basic, but clean. Sleeps 3. All towels provided. There is a fridge in the room but ours unfortunately wasn’t working, so bag of ice in the sink did the trick. There is a supermarket on site which was handy. There is also a safe, free of charge. It did get loud sometimes at night with people coming back but just stick some ear plugs in or drink loads and just sleep through it. Was pleasantly surprised with the age range, thought it would be full of youngsters but glad to see everyone enjoying themselves. Will definitely be back :)

Best hotel! The staff was lovely and helpful from the moment we got there until the very last day and the events were amazing and the drinks are reasonably priced! We overall had a very good experience at this hotel and event venue. Will definitely be returning!
