Side Village Hotel - All Inclusive

Side village otelde 28 Eylül -2 Ekim tarihinde ailemle konakladim. Tabi herşey ödediğimiz ücret ve beklentiye göre değişeceğini 4 yıldız bir otel için çok fazla çeşitli yemek olmasada yemeklerin lezzeti bizim için yeterliydi. oÇalışanların Güler yüzlü ve yardım sever olup odalar bakımlı ve temizdi. Plaja 15 dakika bir shuttle servisi olup plajda da snack ikramlari mevcut olup denizinin dalgalı ama sığ ve sıcak güzel olduğunu söyleyebilirim . Bu arada standart oda rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen aile odası veren işletmeye ayrıca teşekkür ederim .

This hotel is a fantastic solid All inclusive with possibly the hardest working staff in Turkey! We had a large two bedroom apartment with two balcony’s, a kitchenette and lots of storage space which was perfect for our needs. We were on the top floor overlooking the smaller pool and it was very quiet. There was a lift but tbh we often just used the stairs to get our steps in lol! For an all inclusive I think you would struggle to get better, for 4 star at times it felt from a service point of view more like 5 star as the hardworking staff would come around the pool and take orders for drinks throughout the day. This hotel is not directly on the beach however the hotel bus takes you there every day every fifteen minutes with the last bus back at 6:30pm. There is a restaurant at the private beach area which is also part of your all inclusive and lots of sunbeds, it was never crowded and that’s in the middle of high season. The beach we found out as the week went on is actually only an eight to ten minute walk away but the bus was a godsend in the heat. The vibe around the pool was very chilled and family focused, my nieces loved the wee aqua park and the foam party on Wednesdays was just the most fun ( for us adults as well as the kids!) Whilst we were there there was a mix of guests, we met people from Sweden, Germany, Norway, Netherlands and to be honest everyone seemed to be very friendly, no shoving in at the restaurant, no overt drunkenness, everyone seemed to be just enjoying themselves. The restaurant was never too crowded and I was so impressed that up to 15mins before end of service the cooks were still bringing out fresh hot food, another example of more of a 5 star service. We had burgers, hotdogs, waffles, ice cream, churros throughout the afternoon, and there was a cabinet filled with cake to have with your coffee, a fridge in the bar to help yourself to bottles of water, fresh lemonade, coffee, tea on tap and cocktails form the bar of an afternoon were fab ( Pina Colada and Tequila Sunrise the best 🥂) We were there for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. English is spoken by a lot of the staff so we had no communication problems at all. The Managers were present at reception and so helpful thank you to Serdar on Guest Relations for your generosity and advice, nothing was ever too much trouble! On a practical note if you stay here the following will help you navigate around. The dolmus (local buses) run on the next road along from the hotel about a 4 min walk, cross the road and take the first corner on the right, walk to the end of this road and dolmus stops are on that road. If you turn left there there are ATMs on the other side of the road and a lovely row of shops, if you walk right you will come to even more shops and a few restaurants and bars. There are two minimarts right outside the hotel a tour agent and some bag and souvenir shops too. To be fair there are so many shops in the area you are never far from a barga

Just returned from 2 weeks of another truly fantastic holiday with Side Village, my 3rd time visiting in a year. What this hotel offers is a wonderful holiday, making you feel like part of their family. The owner cannot do enough to make your stay with them as perfect as possible. The hotel is clean, food is excellent & full of variety, great entertainment & 3 fabulous pools, very close to the beach where the hotel offers a shuttle service & a sunbed area reserved for the hotel guests. The staff are the best, they cannot do enough for you, they go out of their way to make sure you are happy. We have already booked for 2024 & if I can get back in October this year before the end of the season, I will be there. Book your holiday to Side Village, you won’t be disappointed.

This hotel is excellent for a 4 star hotel. excellent quality food and drinks which included bottled water and bottled wine (not watered down) , fresh juices etc free pool/beach towels every day, loads of sun loungers at the beach plus lunch provided at the beach. Beach reached via a very frequent hotel bus. Nice rooms and very quiet. All meat and dairy produced at hotels own farm. Bit of a language barrier but you got to remember you are in Turkey and they have many differ languages to cater for. A bit of patience goes a long way. No safe in rooms but you can hire a box at reception. Decent free wifi throughout. Excellent Turkish bath for €20 at the hammam - an experience not to be missed and an absolute bargain. We had no trouble getting pool loungers - if you put towels out around 8.15 you’ll be fine. We found the whole site exceptionally clean plus they are constantly cleaning up around the pool and restaurant. Large amount of staff to help out. Kids enjoyed the slides. From around 3pm there is ice cream, churros, burgers etc I would definitely go again.

90% staff do not speak English or German, even at reception!! Very difficult to get requests/queries dealt with due to language barrier. Receptionists also not friendly. Pool loungers all booked at the crack of dawn every day during our stay. Rooms a bit tired. Our room near kitchen and road very noisy early mornings and late at night. Bare minimum cleaning done. All inclusive ie. Spirits of the very, very cheapest quality. Have had better at previous hotels in Side. Food was plentiful. Shuttle service to beach was good. And one manager Osman Badem gave exceptional service and was extremely helpful. Katip who served around the pool was also always helpful. I personally would not book there again unfortunately.

We stayed from Sept 3rd to Sept 17th , Superb hotel with excellent friendly staff,from the main General Manager to the cleaners, they could not do enough to make this a fantastic stay for us. Food on site - very good, a great variety every day, plus afternoon snacks of burgers, ice cream.etc, all good. Rooms - well equipped and spotlessly clean, our cleaner came every day and did a fantastic job. Staff- every person welcomed us and were very friendly, they're main duty is to keep us all happy and a strong focus on service levels, absolutely faultless . Food- all inclusive, drinks were ok, mainly local drinks but you can pay extra for named brands, meal times were well organised and different good each day, lots of great salad variety and sweet variety . Nightly entertainment as well as a weekly foam party activity around the pool. Location - close to a number of busy shopping and restaurant *****s, all within walking distance , The port area is 8 euro taxi away and is well worth a number of visits for great food and shopping. If you are visiting or thinking of staying in Side, then i can recommend this hotel very highly , we will be returning next April . 👍😎😊

Very good all inclusive hotel. Food was good. Entertainment was good although slightly repetitive/samey. All the staff were friendly. Room and surroundings kept very clean and tidy. Went for a hammam treatment on our first day, it was great. And the onsite doctor was great to have too.

The hotel is very clean. Food and drinks were excellent. Staff very helpful. Beach bar excellent. Fantastic holiday would definitely recommend to anyone. A mini bus is provided to take you to the beach and runs every day. Entertainment on a night.

Our stay at side Village was nothing short but excellent! The staff was extremely polite and help full in all settings. The room was clean, modern and had a good size. We had the family apartment and was very satisfied. Cleaning staff was professional and polite, Thank you! When we checked out late we got a room to shower in before our bus left, Thank you Serdar! The pools was nice and the waterslides fun! The spa was also really good, thanks Ali! The food was good and had a nice variety and the resturant staff very helpful, thanks Ali! Free shuttle bus to the beach was nice, but we just made the 10-15 min walk instead no problem. Overall a very good stay and i would 10/1å recommend this Hotel over any big 5 star hotel. It was a clean, pretty and decent size hotell whihh did not feel to small, nor to big. The kids ran aroudn and had a good time, while enjoying alot of pool time. When we wanted to go outside the hotel there was a lot of shops nearby and the lobby staff was helpful calling an taxi to take us i to side. Taxi was cheap so the location of the hotell never felt like am issue. Only 10 euro to side old town. Its better use of your money to choose side Village hotel than any big 5 star Hotel closer to old Town i would say and use your spare money on taxi, and shopping. Side has a lot of good quality clothings to a fair price. Not all staff members of the hotel knew english, but it did not matter. We always got perfect service and help. They even collected our lost luggage that the airport staff brought us and delivered it to our room. Thank you resturant staff for Mathias' birthday cake and "fireworks", he had his best birthday yet! Also Thank you Serdar, Ali, resturant staff, spa staff (Maria says hi) , cleaning staff and supervisors which made our stay perfect and stress free.
