This is a hotel I booked for a friend and I am very disappointed.
First of all, a man at the front desk of the hotel is very unprofessional. He is not at the front desk during working hours. Instead, he chats intimately with his male friends outside the hotel. It takes a long time to confirm the order, and the communication is not smooth. He does not even say happy birthday to the customer who has a birthday on the same day and is checking in. Said: The first time we couldn't open the door with our room card, we came down and tried to reset the card, but he didn't express any apology.
Secondly, I saw our group carrying large luggage without any guidance; when we drove over, there was no guidance about the parking space;
Thirdly, the room is very small, with the configuration of a domestic Hanting room, even a large suitcase cannot be accommodated; in such a small room, two large stools that are not needed are placed very inappropriately;
Finally, the toilet is too high. I understand that locals have long legs, but we have also been to other places around the world where toilets are of standard height. This setting is really strange.
All in all, this service is not worth the price.
