"Sit in the suburban area southeast of Vancouver downtown, a convenient location. Hotel is well decorated. Great credit to the collaboaration to the next door restaurant to provide breakfast service. I enjoyed the full breakfast."

"The guesthouse host was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us with any questions or issues. The common areas were spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, making it convenient to prepare our own meals. This setup is perfect for independent travelers. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest bus stop or SkyTrain station."

"Remember this hotel is a Holiday Inn ”Express” and hence customers should have lower expectations. Its breakfast, housekeeping standard and front desk experience were not as good as an average hotel. There was a strand of ”private” hair on the soap dish in the bathtub. Its policy regarding late check-out was unnecessarily complicated. My room was not vacuumed for my entire 12-day stay. Despite the 12-night stay, my requests for a late checkout could not be entertained until the day of departure when I had to specially wake up at 6 am and call the front desk. Because my phone call was not answered, I then had to approach the front receptionist in person to ask for a late checkout and negotiated with the receptionist (who seemingly just woken up) for more than 5 minutes before he reluctuantly agreed to my request to check out at 2 pm. I will try Hilton Metrotown (Crystal Mall) for my next visit."

"everything was great! The location is very close to city center and metrotown. lots of restaurants beside it. only thing i hate is parking is 25 bucks a night, kinda expensive."

"The room was spacious, and we had a good stay overall. My only minor complaint was that the bathroom facilities were a little dated. On the plus side, the hotel's location is superb, with plenty of shopping and dining options right outside, which was extremely convenient."

"I stayed here overnight after a concert at the PNE Forum nearby. It’s a great location and a nice room. Staff were very kind and helpful at both check in and check out. Unfortunately in our room the walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything that goes on outside. Top lock of the door was also broken and there was still hair in the bath tub from the previous guest which was gross."
