"Our last stop on the South Taihang hiking trip was to find a day-use room. My friends wanted to shower before heading back to Beijing, even though it was only for two hours. To our surprise, the hotel's day-use service was excellent! The room was clean, spacious, and bright. Plus, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, generous, beautiful, and very thoughtful. This is by far the best hotel I've experienced in Xinxiang. If you're planning a trip to Taihang Mountains, I highly recommend staying at this hotel!"

"The bedding in the room was very comfortable. The front desk reminded us that there might be noise from renovations on the night of check-in, so they gave us earplugs, which was very detailed. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the minimalist yet stylish design, and the warm lighting instantly made me feel relaxed. During check-in, the front desk staff member was incredibly efficient and had a very welcoming smile. She also thoughtfully provided information on nearby dining options and parking. The attention to detail was impeccable. The room itself was an even greater surprise: spotlessly clean, with bedding so soft and comfortable I never wanted to get out of bed. The soundproofing was excellent too, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a well-designed wet and dry separation, hot water came quickly, and the toiletries had a fresh, subtle scent, making them very pleasant to use. What I found most thoughtful were the clear signposts in the corridors and the quick-responding elevators. In the morning, I even enjoyed complimentary hot tea in the lobby before heading out. "Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior. Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city. The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them). The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time). There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them"

The room was very nice, well-equipped, soundproofed, and clean. There was no odor in the entire room. The service was excellent. The front desk staff upgraded the room type free of charge because I had a child with me. In short, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

A fantastic stay! The hotel is very new and in excellent condition. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in in China. Electric curtains, projector and electronic toilet were really nice touches, particularly for the price. I booked a ground floor room at a low price but they upgraded me to the best room in the hotel with amazing view through 2 huge windows to the mountains. By far the best location I've stayed in so far. Room 666 is the pick of the hotel. The township is small and quiet, but has enough restaurants and small shops for your needs. The hotel is on the northern end of town and only a 10 min walk to the Baoquan tourist entrance. The family running the hotel were amazing. Very welcoming and ready to satisfy all your needs. I regret not trying more of their food in house. I had one lunch with them and it was the best food I had during my stay. If your really keen, you can check out my video of the hotel and the Baoquan area on You tube - search for ”Making Stuff, Going Places”. Thankyou for an amazing stay. Really appreciated it!

The owner and his wife were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a pleasant view. There was a convenient outdoor area to dry clothes. The owner’s wife is an excellent cook, and the meal portions are generous; I had to request a smaller serving as I couldn’t finish a full portion. They were attentive to my needs, ensuring I had enough to eat and advising me to avoid unsafe areas at night. On my departure day, the owner kindly drove me to the bus station and he requested the staff at the ticket counter to assist me to board the correct bus. Overall, their care adds a personal touch to my experience in Guoliang village.

The hotel is very new, the environment is good, the facilities are good, the front desk lady sister brother service is also very good. When you check in, remind you that there is Henan noodles for breakfast. The taste is quite authentic. It is recommended to try it. It is also intimate to remind the soup that there may be a little spicy pepper. Children should pay attention when eating. Next time you come to Xinxiang, Meilun is still the first choice!

Overall, I'm very satisfied with Hanting. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the location is convenient for getting around. It offers great value for money and is suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. The room is clean and the towels have packaging bags. The room is well ventilated and odorless. There is hand sanitizer in the toilet. We were upgraded. The hotel restaurant is convenient for dining. Contact in advance to inform the hotel of the precautions for entering the scenic area and introduce the method of visiting the scenic area. Enthusiastic and thoughtful. Worth recommending.

I must appreciate the hotel. They have a nice and courteous staff at their disposal. I was getting late for my train from east station in the morning. Was not able to get a taxi for 10 minutes or so. The lady at the reception personally dropped me to the station in get car which was about 5km away. I really appreciate the generous courtesy given to me by the lady at the reception desk. Would definitely stay again at this hotel

After a three-day hike in the Southern Taihang Mountains, we booked a guesthouse in Guoliang Village. Located in an old village on the cliffside road, the stone rooms had a lovely atmosphere, and the owners were fantastic! The rooms were comfortable, very clean, with separate wet and dry areas, and no smell of smoke! The landlady also cooked with great care! Overall, I would give it a 10-star rating!
