"Room cleaner forgot my room one day. The airport service person ignored me when I asked a question. Otherwise, all employees were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fast check-in. The safe in the room. The comfortable bed. The prompt elevators. The room temp was perfect and the room was quiet with plenty of space for a solo traveler. Internet was excellent. Breakfast looked good but I ate offsite. As I eat a light breakfast and the hotel breakfast buffet was 50 soles."

"Location is good. Breakfast is perfect, there are plenty of choices. However, the downside is the bathroom design, which feels a bit awkward and not very safe for woman. There were 2 bathrooms in the dorm i stayed in, but neither had a place to hang clothes inside, and one of the locks was broke. I had to hang my clothes outside the bathroom, in the space between the two bathrooms."

It is ideally placed close to a mall and across the road from a mini market, the staff cannot do enough for you, it is very clean with a daily turnaround service and the price is great. All in a nice, safe area. Don't sit on it, book it - you'll love it. Breakfast is decent, food in the evening good too."

"This hotel is really great! Even though it's not widely recommended online, its location is a bit far from the city center, but it's super convenient to get to the old town by bus. "First point of note. This hotel is NOT at the airport. It's at the old airport which is no longer used. I got caught out by the reviews, which pissed me off. If you want to be right next to the airport, the hotel is Wyndham Grand Hotel Costa del Sol, and not the one I'm reviewing for. This hotel requires a ten minute shuttle ride to get to, and the area looks abandoned, which it is. That said, this hotel was all right. The breakfast was good but they wouldn't allow early check in, unlike the Wyndham Grand which does allow it. The bath in the room was great. Because the area is abandoned there is no noise at night. Comfortable bed and pillows. All in all I would not have stayed here had I known this hotel is at the old airport. I would've stayed at the Wyndham Grand instead, which looks much nicer and newer and really is right across from the new airport. I had a good enough stay but the lack of letting an early check in makes me not recommend this old looking hotel. Stay at the Wyndham Grand instead. Looks a hundred times nicer than this hotel and is way more convenient."

"Hotel one block from tourist info center. Where you can also grab the Airport Express bus for 20 soles. No lock box in the room. Breakfast is good. I think $12 USD. But if you want a light breakfast for less money it is easy to grab breakfast elsewhere. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"The location is excellent, only a 10-minute walk from the bus to the airport, and there are many choices of restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes nearby. The soundproofing is good, I slept well, the room was super clean, the wooden floor was clean even under my bare feet, and the breakfast was rich in choices. Everything! The location was right next to the cliffs and you can easily take a quick walk to the mall nearby and see the glorious sunsets. The breakfast at Intercontinental was also quite easily accessible and the spread was very delicious, albeit with a bit less variety than expected. The staff were also very friendly in the reception and the breakfast area and they also went beyond their means to try and help us with a damaged luggage we wanted to fix (from somewhere nearby). The room was very spacious and beautifully designed for ease of use and comfort. This was actually the first of so many hotels I've stayed in, to have a quiet room! The door opening and closing sounds from the outside actually felt dampened inside and we had a great sleep all 4 nights on the comfortably king sized bed. Also used the high-quality, well-maintained gym, which had a stairmaster and the abductor machine! Will definitely choose this hotel another time.

Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

This hotel is flawless. It has a beautiful warm heated swimming pool the rooms are beautiful with the breakfast is perfection. This hotel could use a concierge but it is a very upscale hotel and if you're paying less than $150 a night then you have got a steal for a room. The architectural features and the technology of the hotel was outstanding. You couldn't stay at a more Chic lovely Hotel. Make sure you get breakfast included because it is delicious treat filled with nutritious and exotic foods. Thought was put into every element of the building and in the concept of this hotel.

The sea view from the room is decent, but the room is small. There might be some rattling noises due to thermal expansion and contraction. It's a standard hotel. There's a clay court club downstairs, but the facilities aren't as good as the nearby Pullman for the same price. The breakfast is acceptable.

The room is very good overall and the area is very good. But I lived on the 2nd floor this time. It was very noisy at 6 or 7 in the morning. The sound of car horns outside the building was also a variety of rumbling sounds. I couldn't bear to go to the front desk. It was useless.

My stay here far exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! I was thoroughly satisfied with this hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options conveniently close by. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in a quick and smooth process. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the soundproofing excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every night. The bathroom was well-designed with separate wet and dry areas, and a full range of toiletries were provided. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options, and the hotel's facilities were well-maintained, feeling very new. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Lima!

Nice Budget hotel centrally located and walkable to attractions of Lima. Very close to a lot of bars and restaurants. Clean room and comfortable beds. Fast check in and check out. The customer service was very helpful. Buffet breakfast was good. Very close to Bus Stop of Airport Bus. Overall, I had a wonderful and enjoyable stay.?

Overall, I found the room very clean and appreciated the layout with two queen-sized beds and a workspace. However, I noticed there were no power outlets located near the desk, which made working difficult. Additionally, while the bathroom was bright and well-lit, the shower experienced frequent temperature fluctuations. Regarding the dining experience, the breakfast selection became a bit monotonous over a four-night stay; however, I appreciated that the staff was happy to prepare fried eggs upon request. I also enjoyed the excellent restaurant on the ground floor and the convenience of having Edo Sushi located across the road.

The location in Barranco is perfect. Such a beautiful area of Lima ....(BUT be prepared to pay a lot more for that cappuccino and cake!🤣) Bed must be one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Room was a decent siz and very clean.. Shower had hot water but the sink tap was quite pathetic!🤭 Owner sends lots of useful information after you have checked in, which is very helpful. My recommendations would be ice cream at Blu, and a trip to the water fountain park (5 sol admissions, excellent value). See it in the dayligh,t before the sunset, and stay to watch it come alive as darkness falls. Very easy to get there using Metropolitano. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights here
