"The service was great, right from the valet staff. The location is excellent, right by the beach, just across the street. There are plenty of food options and a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the staff kept it refilled and provided constant service. There's a swimming pool on the 17th floor and another one in front of the hotel, both convenient to use. However, the mattress was springy and not very comfortable, and there weren't enough foot towels, though you can ask for more."

"A small, beachfront hotel featuring a beautiful white color scheme that creates a spacious feel. The staff are cheerful and welcoming. If you wish to take advantage of the 24-hour stay option, you must notify the hotel 5–7 days in advance. It has a medium-sized restaurant and a reasonably sized swimming pool; while there is no direct access to the beach for a walk, there is seaside seating available. The area above the poolside bar offers a great view. Breakfast is good, with a decent variety of choices, and is served over a long period—from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Suitable for those staying for a single night or visiting for business; not ideal for families with young children, as the hotel is relatively small. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, bar, restaurant, a library for relaxation, and complimentary bicycle use. There is adequate parking, including EV charging stations. Overall, it's good."

"We booked a single night. We had to check in at 14:00 but we were allowed to enter earlier, around 11:30 - we were super happy about that! Location very good in relation to the beach and the rest of the city. 100 percent fine. Friendly staff and quiet hotel despite the location in the city. The lobby very inviting and modern. The room we had been given was on the older side. Hole in the door, and cracks in the walls. Maybe due to previous water damage. Air conditioning worked, didn't make too much noise and there were generally all facilities. Might consider booking with them again. I hope that in time they will renovate the rooms that have old damage, as it will affect the overall impression."

"The hotel is mid size but I feel very cozy throughout our stay. The room we stayed was by the pool. Very convenient for families. Breakfast was superb; all kinds of western food, Chinese, noodle stall and Thai food was brilliant, speaking as Thais. The beach is clean and also small good vibe bar and massage place by the beach next to hotel. Sunrise is breathtaking. My mom never asked to extend stay anywhere lease but here. Unluckily , the hotel was fully booked after our checkout date. We definitely going back there again."

"So this trip I booked the ”Premier King Room Beach Front Room” room instead of the ”Deluxe King Sea View Room” like I booked last time. While I believe the room IS bigger, it is for sure not ”ocean front” as the name implies. The naming is a little misleading. The rooms should be named: Standard, Deluxe, Suite (there is a suite that is bigger and more expensive than the Premier King Room Beach Font Room.) This room might be in a different building than the Deluxe King Sea View Room, but it is nowhere ON or nearer the beach than the Deluxe King Sea View Room. The view might be slightly better and less obstructed, but again the name implies it is ”beachfront” which it is not. At the time of booking, it was a 300 THB difference for two nights between the Deluxe King Sea View Room and the Premier King Room Beach Front Room. Anyway, the room was good, just like last time. The shower didn't drain properly, so every time my partner and I took a shower, it's like we were swimming in the ocean. It didn't flood, but just pooled up. Location is great. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Google Maps is spot on and will get you to the front door."

"*Great stay, would come back again!* We had a really smooth experience from start to finish. Check in and check out was quick and hassle-free, and the hotel service throughout was top-notch. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist without needing to be asked twice. Location is perfect — right next to the beach, so you can walk there in minutes. The whole place was super clean, both inside and around the property. There’s also lots of parking space, which made things easy, and I loved the amount of greenery around. It felt fresh and calm. The swimming pool was a highlight, especially the slide — fun for both kids and adults. And the breakfast was wonderful. Good variety, and I was glad to see Indian dishes included, so there was something for everyone. Overall, a solid stay with good value. Definitely recommend if you want a clean, well-located hotel with a relaxed vibe."

"We stayed in a family room, which was nice and spacious. It was a little stuffy, and the hotel is older, but overall it was okay, except for the bathroom. I hope they'll improve it. The sink and bathtub were stained and grimy; I wouldn't even let my kids sit in it. We only let them stand for showers. There was a slight drain smell, but it was bearable."

"Good value for the price and very close to the beach, which made it a lovely place to stay. The hotel has decent amenities and overall felt comfortable for a short stay. The staff were friendly and clearly tried their best, although when we asked for recommendations they were not really able to provide much guidance. The room itself is quite small, but manageable if you are mostly out exploring. One important thing to note is the location. The hotel sits in the alley where most of the bars in town are located. Because of this, there was excessive noise and loud music every night until the early hours of the morning. If you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue. I would strongly recommend avoiding the balcony rooms as they are the noisiest. That said, Cha-am itself is a lovely place to visit — very affordable with great food options."

"Good service. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and the view is great. Just cross the road in front of the hotel and you're at the beach. I booked 4 twin rooms but they all turned out to be single beds, even though I specified twin beds when booking. However, the staff came up and arranged the beds to be pushed together, but there was still a gap. Overall, it was okay, and the room was clean."
