"✨ This time, I had a layover in Los Angeles and chose this Fairfield Inn by Marriott. My experience truly exceeded expectations! The hotel's free airport shuttle was fantastic, getting me directly to LAX in just a few minutes – a real lifesaver for early morning flights. The king room was spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly after adjusting to the time difference. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a desk and free Wi-Fi, so I could handle work without any issues. The front desk service was warm and efficient, making check-in and check-out very quick. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety, with hot food and coffee readily available, helping me start my day energized. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for supplies and meals. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next layover in Los Angeles!"

"The room environment was quite good and clean. A lady at the front desk was also very nice and easy to talk to. There's also a pool outside and a free shuttle service, though I did see some people tipping the shuttle driver. I arrived at 11 AM and they allowed me to check in immediately. I stayed on the second floor, and while there's no elevator, it wasn't a big deal since it was only the second floor. When I called for the shuttle after arriving at the airport, they said it would take 25 minutes to get there. You just need to book the shuttle for your departure the next morning when you check in. Overall, it's pretty good 👍 The only minor issue was that the wake-up call service didn't call me in the morning, but I woke up early anyway so it wasn't needed."

"It was pretty good, nothing particularly outstanding but nothing bad either. However, I still prefer the Sonesta in Bellevue, Seattle; the scenery is much better, haha."

"I booked this hotel for a layover in Los Angeles. They offer a free airport shuttle, but be aware: there are two Hilton Garden Inns near the airport. For *this* one, you need to call the hotel for a pickup, whereas the other one doesn't require a call. After collecting your luggage, head to the 'hotel parking' area and look for the red sign. Call the hotel, tell them which terminal you're at, and provide your name and phone number. They'll send a car to pick you up within 15-30 minutes. (Initially, we got on a Hilton Garden Inn shuttle at the red sign, only to find out it wasn't the correct hotel when we arrived!) Bottled water in the room costs extra, but there's complimentary iced water available in the lobby. There's also a small convenience store. Rooms don't come with toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. About a 10-minute walk away, there's a commercial area with an In-N-Out Burger and a 7-Eleven. Remember to book in advance, as prices tend to increase closer to the date."

"The room was clean, with comfortable beds and a convenient location. Parking costs $30 per night. The staff was friendly and always smiled. In the lobby, there are hot beverages available, including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There is also an indoor pool. Good place"

"Facilities were very clean. Room was very comfortable. I only ate at FLORA but the drinks and food were very good. The view was fantastic and it was nice to relax in the sun! The staff were excellent; everyone was very friendly and helpful and had some nice conversations. The check-in texts weren't intrusive which was appreciated. I can't remember where yall purchased the local baked goods, but the chocolate cookie was amazing! Location was perfect as it was near SOFI Stadium and near the airport. The area was quiet and other than the person above me being somewhat loud, the noise level was low."

"I slept like a baby here! At first I found it a bit dark in the room but it was very comfy. Their reception was very accomodating and even helped me print out documents I needed for work. The free popcorn in the lobby was definitely a plus! The only down side was they forgot to put a hairdryer in my bathroom so I had to call them to request one but they brought it up right after. The location is also superb right next to a lot of food options, Walgreens, and Ralph’s."

"The staff on the reception desk were very welcoming and friendly. The location was fine for our airport travels with free shuttle to the airport and back.  Positives Free breakfast - Very tasty Free happy hour with nibbles and alcoholic beverages (5.30-7pm) Staff very friendly  Negatives Room were a bit dated - example - flaky paint in the bath room, (but clean) A luggage storage for more than one day would have been appreciated as we were returning to this hotel for an extra night on our return from our 5 day trip. This would have saved us the hassle of taking an extra case and the cost of $80 on the flight"
