We decided to book 2nights at Villa Aurea,since the location is a short drive away from Pozzallo port.We booked it because I saw good reviews re Owner Mr.Caruso and His kindness.Sadly enough we weren't so lucky to meet him.We did meet the lady of the house,I assume Mrs.Carusa,which was sweet and welcoming.There was the house-keeper which was just as sweet,opposite to the receptionist which was with no manners at all.She wanted to charge us more money than the agreed price for our stay,we gave her the money she asked for,since she stated that there was a misunderstanding,and that her english wasn't so good..We paid €76.95 extra than the agreed total price.When we asked to talk to Mr.Caruso,the same receptionist told us that He was away.We got to know that all emails which we have sent to Mr.Caruso prior our booking and visit,were not being answered by him,but simply answered by this lady in his name.Very Unprofessional. The same receptionist wanted to charge us as well €60 more to keep the luggages there for an extra 6hrs,when during our stay lt seemed like there were no other tourists than us. Thankfully we left our luggages in the corridor,and Mrs Caruso was kind enough to not charge us anything extra. Villa Aurea is well located close to Pozzallo port,has a lovely pool,but a basic breakfast which consisted of Cornetto,Nutella,cereal,coffee and juice. Rooms are big,yet furniture was very old worn out furniture dating back to the 80's. Rooms were clean,and view is beautiful. I find that this Hotel was too expensive for what it offers.All other 4 hotels we've been to were cheaper in price,yet with excellent service and beautiful rooms,and lovely receptionists.

Bellissima location con un gradevole giardino. Dotata di piscina,campi da tennis,tavolo da ping pong. Buona la colazione, accogliente e cortese l'host sig.Caruso e il suo staff.Ottima la posizione per visite nelle città d'arte limitrofe.

Staff cordiale!!!!! Location suggestiva e rilassante. Ottima posizione per girare in lungo e in largo le coste limitrofe. Pulizia al top. Dotato di ogni confort. Piscina utilizzabile molto pulita. Ci ritorneremo!!!!!!!!!! Grazie!!!

Un BnB très agréable au calme avec piscine et un petit déjeuner gourmand. Mais surtout un accueil et une disponibilité du personnel appréciables et surtout de Mr CARUSO qui nous a bien aidés avec notre panne de batterie moto... Il a téléphoné pour nous au garagiste et nous a emmenés mon mari et moi en voiture chercher 1 batterie à 20km...un grand merci à lui pour son empathie et sa gentillesse !

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, il posto è tranquillo e abbastanza pulito... Non si trova vicino al centro, ma è perfetto se vi vuole stare in totale relax. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare, torte confezionate , succhi Eurospin Credo che non valga però il prezzo pagato di 100 euro a notte

Location situata all'uscita ispica dell'autostrada CT-SR, in posizioine strategica per raggiungere le splendide località di mare li vicino(S.M. del Focallo, Punta Cirica, Pozzallo, Porto Palo, Punta delle Formiche, Isola delle Correnti ecc...) Stanza quadrupla con frigobar, aria condizionata abbastanza grande per una famiglia di 4 persone(2 bambini). Colazione a buffet tipo hotel internazionale. pochi prodotti locali ma tutto sommato buona. Carina la piscina, ottimo nel complesso il servizio con personale davvero cordiale e disponibile. Supermercati ed altri servizi nelle vicinanze. La spiaggia dista 2 Km. Consigliato, rapporto qualità prezzo nella norma.

Abbiamo prenotato due notte a Villa Aurea. Le camera era grande ma con arredamento dell anni 80. Nella camera non trovate nessun bollitore elletrico, nemmeno cafe e tazze. Per il colazione c'era soltanto cafe, succo di arance e brioche. Quando sono andato a pagare la donna che era all reception mi a constretto di pagare € 76.95 in piu dell prezzo affermattivo totale. La stessa donna e venuta con la scuza di aver fatto un sbaglio nella sua Inglese che non e tanto buono, quando mi ha confermato la prenotazzione con il prezzo totale mandato via email. In questo posto non trovate nessun restorante, e per mangiare dovete andare con una macchina e non a piedi. La piscina e grande, la veduta e bella ma purtroppo il prezzo e caro per questo tipo di camera. Ho chiesto di incontrare con il Sig Caruso ma la donna dell Reception mi ha detto che era fuori. Ancora tutti i email destinati e mandati al Sig Caruso stavano arrivando alla donna dell reception con il pensiero di essere mandati all Sig Caruso. Adriano da Malta

Il posto è davvero molto bello, immerso nella natura e a due passi da Pozzallo e dalle zone di interesse. Molto curati il giardino e la piscina. Completa il tutto il grande amore che il proprietario mette nella struttura e soprattutto nell' ospitalità. Si vede proprio quanto impegno, passione e dedizione dedica all'ospitalità e alla struttura. Siamo stati pochissimo ma ci ha fatti sentire a casa e ne avevamo proprio bisogno. Torneremo sicuramente. 😉

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa struttura immersa nel verde a due passi dal mare con bandiera blu e prossimo alle perle del ragusano modica su tutte. Il soggiorno è stato impreziosito dalla cortese e colta presenza del signor Caruso ospite davvero gradevole e amabile che ha curato la sua struttura con attenzione. Di buon livello anche la prima colazione varia e ricca. Un posto dove davvero voglio tornare.
