Front desk - totally lost and unprofessional Staff is aggressive for no reason No attention to details or orders Staff is mostly monolingual with no understanding to any other language such as English. Nice neighborhood and view Never again

Very nice hotel with an excellent service and nice team. Many thanks to mr Tareq and Cigdem they were very kind and helpful. Spas ervice was very good. Room is comfortable. Also thanks yo Melisa ftom guest redkstion . We stayed last year and sgain thus year for sure we will come again and invite our friends.

Good ambience in the room with one of the best balcony view. the food was excellent and staff was very polite and helpful. Suggestion will be to provide universal adopters for charging, I mean if possible. I will definitely recommend this hotel to ones who are visiting instanbul.

The location and view from the hotel is top class. Excellent services and very good ambiance. The lunch and breakfast buffet were amazing. Stuffs are very friendly. All good restaurants are also around.

Very nice place, clean and food quality is good. Location is very nice, some nice coffee shops around the Hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful especially Cigdem was very kind and respectful . It was good experience and will repeat it again .

Kosa bir süre önce Read Bistro Cafe ' yi ziyarete geldim . Manzarası cok guzeldi . Ortam nezihti ve kokteylimizi hazırlayan Erol Bey cok efendi olmasının yanı sıra cok yetenekli ve ilgiliydi. Tekrar tekrar gelecegim ve arkadaslarıma da önerecegim cok tesekkürler Erol Bey ve ekibine 🙏

The hotel is one of the best hotels in the country its view the rooms and service and we liked our stay here it’s an interesting hotel we liked it a lot.it’s well furnished the lobby is very relaxing and high quality furnished and the security also is good and we feel save in this hotel we enjoyed walking on the corniche avoiding up hill and down hill which is suitable for all ages
