Positive aspects; I have my own parking, my breakfast score 8/10, I give 9/10 for dinner. Restaurant workers do their job rightly. Negative aspects; I can say regret especially in the second accommodation. I stayed 1 night and then 3 nights with my wife and 2 children. The tape in the room holds all the hides and all the hides, most of the previous customers are hides. The rooms are wide, useful furniture but cleaning is available, you can see the hides on the corner. We were cold and we wanted to open the air conditioning, but the room 3A37 and other rooms on the same side were said the air conditioning was not working, because the rooms on the other side of the corridor were working. When I told the reception he retained me for about 4-5 hours, I asked for another room but I received a negative answer, they had no room in their hands, I saw there were empty rooms when I looked on the net. They could think of opening the pet in the room at 11 p.m. If I did not insist, we would have been cold with the children. I didn't fix the climate problem for three days, I checked out in a climate-degraded manner.

It's a surprisingly good airport hotel. The location could be better, but it is still very very close to the airport - but you do have to exit the terminal, turn left, and walk for around 5 minutes. There's a ramp for luggage and strollers. Breakfast is on the expensive side but reasonably varied The only issue id that occasionally long lines form at reception and it takes quite a bit of time to check-in.

I booked the room via booking and paid in advance with no chance to return money. I booked this place because they had information about the transfer as mostly people who have transit flights book this hotel in other cases it doesn't make sense. The room was dusty, with not fresh towel and used toothpaste. Insted of normal soap you will find there soap box which doesnt work. But it is not a big deal as I was going just to sleep there for several hours. Problem was in transfer. If you have late flight I strongly recommend you to book another hotel with confirmed transfer, there are many better places nearby. After my booking and confirming the time of my arival (it was at 2 am) Salih confirmed that he will provide me with transfer for 5 euros. The distance from SAW to the hotel is just 1 km and taxi price is even less than 5 euros, but I didnt have enough information that time. Manager Salih all the week wrote me messages in whatsup trying to get more money from me and tried to persude me to take their transfer from IST to their hotel for 60 euro while I could take a bus just for several euro and then take a transfer. In the day of my flight to Turkey he started to write me again telling to keep more money for him! Finally he behaved in completely agresive way and wrote me kind of a threat: ”Let your money be buried in the ground ”. I have this conversation to confirm. So he made stressed all my family, me just for sleeping I for several hours in their dirty room. He tried to persude me that it will nlbe challenging for me to get by myself fron IST to SAW, but I arrived in exact time! No minute later)) and actually it was better to take a taxi. I have never faced this kind of attitude from hostess. I always had kind and polite attitude. So just be careful and there are much more better options near the airoport just for 10-20 euro more

It wasn’t planned for me to stay in Istanbul- Pendik for 45 days. Hotels are limited there. I tried few and couldn’t stay for more than a night. Miracle Hotel made me feel the coziness of a home and family. Where to start? Manager, Mr. Erdal Karakoç is unforgettable. He is everywhere anytime making sure everyone is happy and satisfied. He greets the guests everytime and would never say “I can’t help you”. There is always a solution to each problem. Also F&B manager Mr. Feret, he offered me his office for hours as I had some work to be done that needs a laptop and printer. As for the reception team, Mr. Kamal , Mr. Mostafa and every single staff working in the reception. They made my wishes come true and took the extra mile to help me with my personal tasks as I don’t speak Turkish. The only thing I wish the owners of the hotel would spend more on is renovation. The furniture needs an uplift. It doesn’t fit a 5 star hotel and the excellent service they offer. Thank you Miracle Hotel Team. I will definitely visit soon.

Professional staff service. It can be called the best efficiency hotel in Istanbul. The front desk will issue a room card for 10 seconds. It is comparable to the efficiency of Hong Kong or Singapore. The bellman in the concierge has poor English
