From now on, we will start all our Hotels reviews by mentioning the way the management & Front desk treat their VIPs and Elite Members, due to huge changes in regards to normal procedures, This being said...As Ambassador platinum Elite members, We were not satisfied after visiting the room we were offered, we immediately Changed the premise, furthermore, after stating and explaining our ”unsatisfaction”, the ”greediness” of the management ? or starving for 21 Euros a night ??? They went ahead and processed our card on file, I feel this was cheap from the management of such a renown brand, IHG you should implement your procedures in such low profile premises..Do not recommend at all...

The service at the Mercure hotel at Altunizade, the hotel room and amenities were amazing, the hotel facilities were great. The most important however was the great service. I have stayed at so many big hotels because of my job, what impressed me the most was this hotel with its service and customer relations. Whatever the time, even midnight they reply fast and are so happy to help in anyway, they really care about the guests and put 100% effort when caring for them. After any complaint or question the hotel follow it up after it has been resolved to ensure you are still happy or if there is anything else you need. The guest service was really good. A special thanks to Pinar Maya. Ali Smith

I had a wonderful stay and experience at the Aspera Hotel Altunizade Istanbul. Without a doubt one of my favourite hotels I stayed during my last trip in Istanbul and its all thanks to the best members of staff I’ve ever encountered. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and a manager, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I arrived very early and they made an exception of me to check-in earlier so that I could rest. I really appreciate it. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in, to the cleaning staff were absolutely delightful and eager to help! The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. I want to say a special thank you to the amazing Kübra Gürbüz, she is beyond exceptional. I needed a very specific help with the flight and she went above and beyond to help and was so patient and professional and resolved my issue with great determination and spent tremendous amount of time to achieve it. I am eternally grateful to Kübra. She is an absolute delight, beautiful inside and out, professional, extremely efficient, knowledgeable, observant, fluent in English. Kübra gave me all the tips on places to explore in Istanbul and I enjoyed visiting all those places so much. I can’t praise her enough. What a lovely girl! I want to thank Engin as well for his friendliness, all the help, positivity, encouragement, professionalism and for always being so helpful, approachable and smiley. Wonderful people, feels like a family! They made my stay so enjoyable. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me, a true sample of excellent hospitality! The room was very pleasant, it was cozy, clean and comfortable. Hotel and the room had a fantastic charm. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and every morning there was something new. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. The location is just perfect. The service was exceptional. The hotel staff was beyond exceptional. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Aspera Hotel Altunizade Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone! Thank you again for everything! I appreciate the help and level of service I received! 7⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Because it was a leisure tour, I didn't want to be too tired. I stayed for a week and flew an Ephesus. Located in Yuskudar in the Asian region, the hotel is basically a local settlement. Transportation: Very convenient, coming from the new airport, first take the HAVAS airport bus to Kadikoy 25 Lira, then 14 bus 2.6 Lira to the station, 10 meters to the hotel. 20 meters to the right of the exit is Metro Line 5, you can go to the Skudar station, then transfer to the subway or ferry to the old European city. The 34AS across the bridge can be reached in the new European city, 2 minutes, too convenient. Buy a bus card in Istanbul, it is convenient to recharge, the next citymapper is very convenient to take the bus subway ferry. Life: Going left for 5 minutes is a relatively large shopping mall CAPITAL, which has a supermarket, fruits and vegetables are cheaper than domestic, and large cherries are full. There are a lot of places to eat, McDonald's KFC, local dishes are very horrible, not recommended. Facility hygiene: Overall, it is relatively new, the room is not big, the sparrow is small, and the domestic Hanting level is slightly higher. Disadvantages: the facilities are not good, the wash basin is leaking, the shower shower handle is pulled off, and the bathroom door cannot be closed. The waiter did not give the bottled water for three consecutive days. He often did not change the toilet paper, and missed the tea bag and coffee bag. The tipping fee may be reduced. The head office has no way to say that the waiter is off work. It is very disappointing to the quality of service in China. Overall worth living, the same price is much better than the European conditions, the traffic takes time but not expensive.
