What an amazing cute little boutique hotel in the nicest area of Istanbul. The staff were SO accommodating - all of them. The breakfast crew were amazing at breakfast and so accommodating to our kids. Aysegul, Sinem, Esin. Atakan and Halil helped so much with planning our trip. I know we’ve missed out a few names but there really wasn’t one person that didn’t contribute to this amazing stay in Istanbul. Super clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast! First location, the good hotel in Istanbul has a four seasons beside the old town attractions, others are around the macaka park, is a highland, there are many restaurants around, but have to take a taxi to the attractions. The hotel is second only to the bay in booking, but I think the location is better than the four seasons. The four seasons and Shangri-La are surrounded by several piers and bus terminals. That is noisy... All the restaurants in Istanbul have chocolate Suffolk, which is a good dessert, and the best is St. Regis's hazelnut chocolate Suflei, the 7th floor restaurant, and discounts for guests. The restaurant on the first floor is almost the same, there is no discount.

The hotel is a very nice hotel in the charming and animated neighborhood of Nizzasi. We are used to stay in international 5* channels in Istanbul and honestly the Gleam Hotel is well above in terms of equipment and quality of service. The staff are in the reception room. Breakfast is excellent, buffet varied and the products are really good. We stayed in a double room with two single beds. We found them a little narrow, they are rather beds for children. It's better to book a room with a large double bed. We'll come back! Thanks to all the team for your kindness and professionalism. Special mention for the gentleness of the lady who was in the breakfast room.

Unfortunately, during our stay at this hotel from 21 to 28 may 2022, a pair of shoes we had bought were stolen from us, and although the hotel's security cameras were checked and it was found that the fog had been stolen, they did not accept the hotel's security manager ! We were easily robbed in a five-star hotel chain , I attached a photo of the shoe bags on the day we bought it and went to the room .
