I stayed at this inn where you can see the harvest moon. There are only a few rooms, but they have hot springs, so you can bathe in the hot springs whenever you want. The kaiseki cuisine was delicious. I think there are some issues with the cleaning situation. I felt that it was a little disappointing as to whether it was worth the price.

This was my first time staying here, and it was as good as I expected. First of all, the view from the room was great, and the temperature of the open-air bath, which was fed directly from the source, was just right. There were also two rooms, each with an air conditioner, and since I get hot easily, I was the only one who was able to sleep in the Japanese-style room with the temperature set low. The espresso coffee provided in the room was also delicious. However, since the view from the room was so good, I think it would have been better to have meals in the room rather than in a private room.

I applied through Jalan and visited in early February because it was a new inn with natural hot spring water. If you call the inn before arriving at the station, they will pick you up at Izu Kogen Station. It's about 10 minutes from the station, and when you arrive at the inn, a staff member will come to the entrance to pick you up and give you matcha tea and sweets. The room is very clean and the view from the large windows is great. The temperature of the indoor bath is set just right, so you can bathe right away without having to add water. There are a fair number of amenities, but it would be nice if they had something a little more moisturizing. As for dinner, we had it at 6:30 p.m. as the last time. There are quite a lot of dishes, but they are served in small portions, so I think it's just the right amount for older people. The bowls are delicate, the simmered alfonsino is very well done, and the rice seasoned with ingredients is also very delicious! The breakfast was warm vegetables, which was good for fiber, and the clam miso soup was delicious! I like yogurt and fruit sets, so I was very excited. We were told to have morning coffee in the lounge, but no one was using it, so we had coffee from the Nespresso in the room. Check-out is at 11:00, but we were told to check out early! So we left the room a little early and went to the cashier. When we asked them to hold the snacks and other things we wanted to buy from the shop at night, we told them to use the 10% LINE coupon, but they told us to tell them when we checked out the next day. When we went to the cashier the next morning, they said, "Please call"...I got the bill without having time to talk about the coupon. I thought it would be faster if they had communicated the discount. (They did give us the discount right away.) The staff were very nice, and at breakfast, they asked us things like, "Would you like another bowl of porridge?" and "Would you like another cup of tea?", which made us very happy. The owner liked the clean inn, the hot spring temperature was just right, and the food tasted good. I'll visit you again in the spring. Thank you very much.

The rooms and guest room baths were satisfactory, but the customer service, room service, and food were generally not luxurious and delicate. I don't think next time.

Location When I stayed at an inn, I was looking forward to a walk, but there was no walking course in the villa, and I was told that I would get lost when I went for a walk. Even if you haven't set up a walking course, advice on where to walk is essential as an inn. As a result, it is positioned as an inn that stays in the hotel, but there are no facilities or preparations where you can spend an interesting time, and there is no nice bar, so it is an inn that specializes in spending time in a room with a view. It means that. Guest room We used the special ocean view room on the 2nd floor. The sea is quite far away and is not a typical ocean view for seaside facilities. Still, the view from the balcony and bath was pleasant. The temperature of the bath flowing from the source was good, but at dawn the temperature dropped to the point where it felt a little lukewarm, probably because of the outside temperature. Our room was on the 2nd floor so I didn't mind, but on the 1st floor you might be worried about the vibrations on the upper floors. The meal was in the dining room on the 1st floor, but I was worried about the vibration of something on the upper floor during both dinner and breakfast. This is also a shame for a high-priced inn. The partition of each room is a sliding door, but the metal stopper in the lintel was not set properly, and it was necessary to put a lot of effort into closing it completely. Obviously under-adjusted. Nuts (like pistachios) were trampled and uncleaned on the floor under the chairs on the terrace. It doesn't look and feel good, so I cleaned it myself. Cooking The food as a whole was not at a level that was convincing in comparison with the price. For example, the meat quality of "Lava-grilled domestic sirloin" selected as a selection option. I thought the quality was not commensurate with the price of this inn. It doesn't seem to be a brand beef, but the taste of meat is not determined by the brand. I felt that the meat was not properly selected. The sake mariage courses were all satisfying choices that made me think that they were matched to the food. The opening of the horse mackerel for breakfast was completely cold. The inn I stayed the day before was bigger than here, but the opening of the gold was warmly served. It's a shame on the scale of this inn. Service in general There was nothing that could be evaluated positively. It is a level that can be received even at inns in the 1/3 price range. On the other hand, there were some negative evaluations. (1) Rental of yukata When I asked for a replacement because the size of the yukata borrowed by my wife did not match, I was told that I could not find the size in stock. I asked for confirmation and contact, but there was no sound. The fact that there was no size explanation at the time of rental was inferior to the services of other inns. (2) How much rice is cooked Since the rice was a little soft at dinner (I prefer hard rice), I asked for the rice at the top of the relatively hard pot at breakfast. The men at the time of this conversation are not clear, so this is no good. If you can't, you can't, and if you need confirmation, you need to be clearly informed. No explanation was given at breakfast, so I think the request wasn't even reported. ③ At breakfast While I was having a good conversation with my wife while eating, I was asked to settle in advance because the check-out time would be concentrated. It's not something you have to tell at this time until you interrupt the conversation. It became a little unpleasant. By the way, I made a pre-payment after meals. ④ Employees As mentioned above, the level is low overall, and there are considerable individual differences, so I felt that sufficient education was not provided. Unfortunately, this is the lowest level in my experience at an inn in this price range.
