"The room facilities are OK. According to Chinese standards, the overall service management level is not good, and it basically does not reach 3 stars. It is only suitable for people with strong survival ability."

"We stayed at Quest Ivanhoe over the holidays. The location was pretty convenient as places to eat and supermarkets were in the vicinity. Woolworth’s was in the same building as the facility. Since we are not from Australia, it was convenient for us to be able to charge easily as wall sockets and lamps in the rooms had USB ports for you to charge your devices. We were also quite happy that our room had everything from utensils and a laundry. Since we also rented a car to get around, the basement parking meant your car would be safe. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends."

"For the price, the room was big than i was expecting. There was even a microwave in the room, which made reheating packed food easier. Laundry room was also acessible, dont need to bring the laundry far to get washed. All in all, it was a great value for money."

"I stayed for two nights. The hotel was clean and hygienic. The first room I stayed in was very spacious, while the second one wasn't as big – it really depends on the room. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had everything one needs. Parking cost 20. The first time I stayed, the deposit was refunded very quickly. This second time, however, it's been almost a month and I still haven't seen the refund."

"Excellent location and room size. My partner joined me for the last two days so we requested a quiet room with a bath and that's what we got. Can thoroughly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed. Easy tram access. Plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. The Yarra is within walking distance too. Carpark at the back if needed also."

"The hotel facilities are excellent, and there's a large shopping mall nearby for some retail therapy. The staff are also very polite. If I visit Melbourne again, I'd definitely choose to stay at this hotel."

"Overall Good experience!"

"The staff were rude and the rooms were small."

"The carpet was dusty around the corners, the curtain had fallen down, the ceiling in the toilet was stripped and the room was full of a musty smell when we first entered it. The location is convenient, a Woolworths is nearby the hotel. The staff at the check-in counter is nice Even if you hang on the tag "Please Clean up" outside your home , no one would come to clean the room We went to reception to get Toilet amenities everyday, it has an adequate amount of amenities which is good."
