Such a nice and clean room! We had a balcony view and it was so nice being able to hear the waves as we fell asleep! The staff was super accommodating and friendly! Had beach access straight from the pool deck which was convenient as we didn’t have to look for a public access! The only downside of the entire visit was on our last night, there was someone smoking a cigarette on their balcony and we had left our balcony door open while walking on the beach and came back to our room smelling of stale cigarettes. Not the hotels fault because they clearly had no smoking signs on the balcony door. I asked the front desk to help us out and they quickly sent housekeeping up and had the room sprayed to smell better! All in all, everyone from the front desk staff, to the bartenders, to the servers in the dining area, we’re all so nice a friendly. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely book here again on our next trip! Thank you so much to everyone there!

We are from Georgia and had to come down for a doctors appointment for my husband. When we arrived the lady at the counter was one of the nicest people I have ever met. The location was perfect and the rooms were very clean and big. My husband and I will definitely be back in a few wks for his procedure and we will be bringing 2 of the kids with us. We can’t wait!

This hotel is smaller, all the rooms are oceanfront ! The staff was absolutely amazing!! Dennis and Maria are absolutely the best! Always perfect and takes very good care of me every time I stay!! The ladies at the breakfast buffet are also absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to help in anyway! Very friendly! And it goes without saying Sonny is absolutely positively the best. He takes care of problems immediately and makes my stays very comfortable!! Thank you to all the staff that makes my stays beyond amazing! The Fourth of July fireworks were something to see right from your balcony!!! The hotel also had a barbecue on the patio burgers and dogs what a treat for the fourth felt like home. I have family in JAX so this hotel fits very well!! I stay several times a year and never a let down. Thank you to all that goes above and beyond to take care of me!! Love you all!! Tom.

Nice hotel very clean. The outside was very dark at night. The bed was extra firm to hard for me made me and my wife sore. The shower was nice but didn't have a door or anything just one half covered with a piece of glass we didn't like it very cold while trying to shower.

I had to travel from Panama City to Jacksonville for an appointment at the Mayo Clinic. I had early appointments and finished before the usual check in time. I would have had to wait for four hours before check in time. I called and spoke with a young lady who was very helpful. She allowed us to check in early which allowed me to get some rest. Our room was beautiful and clean. I have many appointments scheduled with the Mayo Clinic and plan to use your hotel for all of them. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Sherri Miller

Front desk staff couldn’t care less about your stay. After checking in, I found a bedbug on my bed. Yes…I always check the bed for bedbugs and to date have only found 2…ever. I took a picture of it and showed it to the front desk clerk who had NO response. She looked annoyed and then asked a non-English speaking housekeeper to go to the new room with me. She didn’t speak to me directly; no apology/nothing. I didn’t find any bugs in the second room but in general the room looked dirty and dingy. It felt more like a motel 6 except the motel 6 staff are friendlier (from what I remember)

This hotel is smaller, all the rooms are oceanfront ! The staff was absolutely amazing!! Dennis and Maria are absolutely the best! Always perfect and takes very good care of me every time I stay!! The ladies at the breakfast buffet are also absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to help in anyway! Very friendly! And it goes without saying Sonny is absolutely positively the best. He takes care of problems immediately and makes my stays very comfortable!! Thank you to all the staff that makes my stays beyond amazing! The Fourth of July fireworks were something to see right from your balcony!!! The hotel also had a barbecue on the patio burgers and dogs what a treat for the fourth felt like home. I have family in JAX so this hotel fits very well!! I stay several times a year and never a let down. Thank you to all that goes above and beyond to take care of me!! Love you all!! Tom.

I would have had to wait for four hours before check in time. I called and spoke with a young lady who was very helpful. She allowed us to check in early which allowed me to get some rest. Such a nice and clean room! We had a balcony view and it was so nice being able to hear the waves as we fell asleep! The staff was super accommodating and friendly! Had beach access straight from the pool deck which was convenient as we didn’t have to look for a public access! The only downside of the entire visit was on our last night, there was someone smoking a cigarette on their balcony and we had left our balcony door open while walking on the beach and came back to our room smelling of stale cigarettes. Not the hotels fault because they clearly had no smoking signs on the balcony door. I asked the front desk to help us out and they quickly sent housekeeping up and had the room sprayed to smell better! All in all, everyone from the front desk staff, to the bartenders, to the servers in the dining area, we’re all so nice a friendly. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely book here again on our next trip! Thank you so much to everyone there!

Nice hotel very clean. The outside was very dark at night. The bed was extra firm to hard for me made me and my wife sore. The shower was nice but didn't have a door or anything just one half covered with a piece of glass we didn't like it very cold while trying to shower.
