good！very close to airport, clean and quiet，reverse is good too.

No chair in room, wood was broken, toilet was extremely loud. Doors were very loud when they closed. Breakfast was great. Staff were all great. No pen, or directory in room. Piles of sand in the hot tub.

Poor value for money, not up to the quality proported in the advertising . Wont stay here again

This Hampton Inn Suites is our go-to hotel for our half-way stop to and from Florida. Always great service, clean rooms, and very nice breakfast buffet.

Very nice. All the staff we came into contact with were smiling and friendly. Good size room with all amenities.

Friendly Check in staff, large clean room with Two double beds, Breakfast until 10.00.Close to Airport making it ideal when getting into J'ville late, already booked for our return journey.

I would love to rate my stay, unfortunately the Hampton canceled my reservation day of after having it for over a month and ******* proceeded to try and put me in the worst hotels in the city and succeeded in putting me in one that had no water. After decades of great service I finally have my first epic fail from ******* in every way

The only problem I had, was unwrapped bar soap in the shower. Which means that the cleaning person did not their job correctly.

my stay at the hotel would have been ok if I had phone service. The fact that I did not have this service and the hotel had no control over adjusting my bill was very disappointing and I think something should be done about paying for a service that you did not get.

Hotel is old, dated. Bathroom door was peeling from moisture. We checked in late for a 1/2 stop to destination. Did not realize shower didn’t work until morning. Had to lie in tub to wash hair and attempt to bathe. When we told desk clerk on the way out, got “I’ll let maintenance know”. No attempt to make it right, offer partial refund, credit towards next stay, etc.

Waited an hour to check in since the hotel was overbooked the previous night and rooms needed cleaning. I can understand how that is a problem . I am not a Diamond member. And the front desk person continued to check in Diamond members before me.

One and a half hour delay for checking in. Housekeeping wasn’t ready. Room tv worked, but the channels didn’t match the listings. Room was fine and breakfast was good.

Everything was great during our stay. Very friendly hotel staff, comfortable bed and a clean room.
