Booked a king room with river view. Paid xtra. Arrives and was given a room with queen bed. Had to go back down and they changed us to a king room with a lovely view of the back parking lot and on ramp to the interstate. Very noisy. They refused to accommodate our reservation and basically said too bad. Pillows were horrible. Like giant basketballs. Unusable. Had no more. Bed covers were insufficient and ahower leaked all over floor and had to request linens as there were none in the room. Will never stay here again.

Hotel was busy and the valet parking team was jumping. They took good care of incoming guest quickly. Check in was easy and fast. Rooms were has expected. Clean and fresh. No disappoin**ents. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

Overall good experience. The hotel is very convenient to downtown Jax. Our room was nice with a nice view. The hotel is showing signs of aging and there are odd issues like no key entry from the parking lot, only through the main lobby. Overall good but probably overpriced for the condition of the property.

Nice staff, big property, nice lounge. The restaurants were a bit expensive for the quality of the food and service was a bit slow. However, we enjoyed our stay and the housekeeping and front desk were awesome.
