"Stay on 8/5/2026 The location was great, very close to the beach. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for our stay even it old concept. However, we requested a queen bed but were given two single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. We were also placed in the room at the very end, and the view outside the room was not pleasant at all. There were piles of thing with unfinished construction materials, and rubber pipes scattered around, making the area look messy and poorly maintained. Even though we only stayed for one night and not even a full 24 hours, but we paid because we simply wanted the experience of staying near the beach. Guests should still be treated properly regardless of how long they stay. I also don’t understand why guests would be placed in a room facing an unfinished work area with construction materials right outside the stairs. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked and changing rooms might not have been possible, but at least maintain the area better before assigning guests to that room. The staff service was also disappointing. One of the female staff members seemed unfriendly and gave us the feeling that she judged us based on our appearance because we had just come back from the beach and went straight to check-in after checking out from our previous hotel. The way she treated us felt unwelcoming bcs she pass us to another staff & she happily treat next guest bcs they are same nationalities. Unfair Overall, the location is a plus, but the service and room experience could definitely be improved. "Without doubt this was the best place we've stayed in during our six visits to Thailand. The location was stunning. The level of service and unfailingly courteous and friendly attitude from every single member of staff was something to behold. And you could tell that this attitude stemmed from the owners themselves, who were so warm but professional in all their dealings with everyone. This attitude was infectious, and we found that all the guests were relaxed, and perhaps engaged more with people who they'd not normally mix with. A truly magnificent facility, which perfectly matched its jaw dropplinly stunning location."

"If you're looking for a quiet stay, avoid this hotel. The front desk service and public areas were nice, but the room itself was a disaster from facilities to cleanliness to soundproofing. I don't know what percentage of rooms have connecting doors, but the thin wooden doors offer absolutely no sound insulation. You can hear every word spoken at a normal volume from the next room. The wall insulation is also terrible, leading to being kept awake until 3 or 4 AM nightly by parties next door, only to be woken up again around 7 AM by laughter from the room with the connecting door. The shower has a bench underneath it, but the water pressure is so low that the water barely reaches past the bench. For those who don't like sitting while showering, you have to awkwardly lean into the bench, which is very uncomfortable. The hairdryer was rusty, hot, weak, and felt like it could scratch you. There were remnants from a previous guest on the toilet, the comforter had noticeable stains, and housekeeping didn't replenish amenities like toothpaste, so we had to call room service for them every day."

"From the moment we arrived the staff are so friendly and welcoming they are all a credit to the hotel. My husband and I loved staying at The Grand Mecure we were in krabi last year and stayed at Hotel Adam but we preferred this. The room are beautiful the bed and pillows are so comfortable lots of room, we got our room moved and had sea view block c would definitely recommend. Breakfast was fantastic so much choice definitely something for everyone we tried things we would not normally eat for breakfast and it was delicious. Before we headed out in the evening we took advantage of bogof cocktails and Dew made an excellent cocktail and is so friendly. We will 100% be returning to this hotel when we are next in Krabi!!"

"perfect Location, staff very friendly except the older lady at reception (she just ignores you) safe in room not working, they give you a physical key which doesnt work....and was not fixed in one week.... one light in bathroom not working the whole week ... must be a disaster for a girl's make up :) breackfast and pool good definitivly not for smokers.... the smoking area is like a punishment place with view on old furnitureand other the garbadge :) no drinks and no bar in the hotel and could be setup very easily (or sub-contracted) overall rating : 6 out of 10"

"Highly recommended to stayed here especially Jacuzzi villa with the huge room, with Shampoo, Conditioner, Bath gel and lotion. Also including 2 bottles of water per day, 2 beach towels and 2 small hand towels, 2 towels for body and 2 towels for hair. The location also perfect for west beach and walking street. The staffs are very helpful and friendly if you can speak Thai is more fun their love to explain the animal surrounding in the hotel and recommended explore Railey and tour trip. The breakfast and all day food&drink also perfect cooking and so tasty."

"This is an older place with catfishing photos. The place is not bad but the photos set your expectations too high. I was given the wrong room & no compensation. I did not want a hot tub. I paid for a swim up pool. That is not what I got. It's okay. The area is great. Good weather makes a 5k walk to the beach worth it. The hotel is a solid okay. Hot water works, but the bath is old and needs a Lysol wipe down and upgrade. For me, it was slightly sus cleaning, but clean linen a decent and location. They comped water, tea , coffee, have a mini fridge and are nice people. Its an okay place with grimy carpets, joining room doors, an old couch, a kids' wet play area. Some uneven floors but a decent menu that seems to come from some other place. At lunch, there's no kitchen to be seen or cooking smells but the food is good. It is not served in the restaurant, but near the bar and kids' water park. You can make it work. I did not like having the wrong room."

"A really lovely hotel that feels like a sanctuary in the hustle of Aonang. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent and well priced food options at the onsite restaurant. Do note that this hotel does not serve any alcohol as it is Muslim run/owned. They do however serve excellent mocktails and shakes. This hotel is situated on a hill, about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but there is a shuttle that runs about 6 times a day. Walking is relatively easy, however the last little climb up the hill can be hot! The villas are spacious and cool. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"Short getaway trip, love the hospitality level, the scenery and the food in both (Thai & Italian) restaurants. There were fire show performance (Saturday night only) & live band (daily) and anarray of activities offered to residents such as yoga, muay thai, paddle boat and jungle trekking, for free! Definitely recommended!"
