Booked a royal suite for 6 pax. Suite came with 2 pax breakfast and additional breakfast cost 30k won. Suite was fairly clean on the 1st level but the 2nd level has a musty smell in the room and there were alot of long hair (possibly from previous guests) in the toilet. Stairs was also quite dusty. Suite came equipped with washing machine, dryer, plates and utensils.

酒店很不錯， 我們定的家庭別墅，不僅房間多而且設施也很齊全，很適合家庭多人旅行，最重要的是一定要開車來，因為是獨家別墅所以都有停車位，開車一定會更方便

入住酒店很快速也很順利，辦理入住的工作人員都很帥.特別是在我們提出能不能幫忙點個外賣的時候，非常熱情的給了我們幫助，直接幫助我們點了BHC炸雞。我説希望告訴我，想寫一下感謝信，對方還有點不好意思，但我堅持讓小哥留了名字，記住這個叫高柱成（KO TU SUNG）的小哥哥，長得又帥又有禮貌，很有明星臉！其他工作人員也很好，給我們把炸雞送上門，在我們需要的時候還幫我們叫了車。非常感謝，歡迎你們來中國

環境：房間夠大 但是晚間有點陰森的感覺…
衞生：對標國內三四星級酒店 光腳不能下地的級別
設施：房間內不配牙刷 需要自己在前台旁邊的便利店買 房間二樓卧室廁所有水療設備算是意外之喜
服務：晚上去辦的入住 沒有禮賓幫忙搬行李 前台衹有一個人 辦完入住後竟然連接駁車都沒有安排 讓我們選擇步行或者乘坐自家車到房間

酒店除了服差點點其他沒毛病，我們到酒店正趕上一場大雪，前台衹有一個服務員，我們老的小的自己冒着大雪拖行李去房間。但房間非常舒適温暖，雪景無敵，如果可以自駕的話性價比非常高！
