The staff was super friendly and helpful!!
The only thing is I chose a non-smoking room and the room stunk of cigarettes to the point it made me nauseous.
Breakfast was basic but they did explain that it was due to COVID they didn’t have supplies for real breakfast which was nice of them to explain.

Didn’t even spend the night the floor was dirty all through the hotel the beds were dirty one of the covers had black spots, the electrical outlets had brown stuff all over them

I tried to check in and was told I had already checked in. Not sure what happened but they checked my room and found it was empty when they thought it was occupied with….me. My check in took about 30 minutes. The staff was kind but dumbfounded as to what had happened. The room was dated but the bed was comfortable.

This place looked like it belonged in a third world country! If you're looking for a budget place to stay in Jesup I recommend the Western Motel. Much better.

Bad customer service front desk diesnt appear to know how to do anything out of clean wash clothes blankets no tiolet paper no breakfast ... roaches

I love the staff Mrs Kim and Mrs Jennifer are so polite and helpful, really all the staff are very friendly and polite, However the staff aren't given the the things they need to accommodate.. there was barely any breakfast and none of the doors open all the locks are busted. Someone needs to call undercover boss. The best thing about the stay is the staff and the price.

We drove up and saw it was not very clean looking. Went inside and just could not bring myself and my 88 year old mother to stay there. I canceled and left

This property has went down hills staff is not trained nor perfessional.. they dont have lien tiolet paper when u ask for service .. rooms have roaches no working internet.. only thing good is that the rates are fairly low .... but i see why ... room doors are left open u have to fund someone to open your door everytime with master key because the key locks dont work ..
