Amazing location if you are gonna climb Fanjing mountain. 5 min walk over the bridge to the ticket office. We got an upgrade on arrival that was a nice surprise. The room had fresh fruit on arrival. Warm room compared to other hotels we have stayed at recently. The breakfast had many options and they have a coffee machine. We also had dinner in the restaurant and everything was good and fresh.

性價比超高的一家酒店！！
設施不錯，雖然不是新酒店，維護得很好！
環境十分優美，依河而建，早晚餐都是在酒店吃，正是因為餐廳環境優美，向在畫中，户外的座位和孔雀園在一起，一邊吃飯還能一邊看到它們優雅散步 開屏，叫聲也很逗。餐廳菜口味、價格也都很好！
步行200米就到景區停車場，也十分便利！
前台任樂、劉會雲服務很好，加了前台微信，任何事情都會及時回覆，也會想辦法幫忙解決問題，很踏實的服務精神！
最後説説敗筆：早餐和廚房管理。
早餐跟如家、漢庭的比好不了多少，品種少、口味差，拉低酒店檔次。
廚房管理比較差，手臂上帶紋身的廚師，早餐時間，穿着工作服在我旁邊的座位上打遊戲。打完遊戲像大爺一樣揹着手在取餐枱旁邊轉悠一圈，一邊和檔口的廚師聊天，需要加強管理。
整體來説，還是首選，除非後續有其他4-5星酒店新開。

服務：酒店服務很好，尤其是 007 號小滿特別貼心，幫忙拿行李，併發個遊玩攻略。有問題隨時找他都幫忙，都會很快並有效的解決。
環境：酒店位置很好，穿過酒店內側風雨橋步行到梵凈山東門 5 分鐘。訂的湖景房在房間裏可看到清澈見底的黑水河緩緩流過，伴着潺潺流水和鳥叫的聲音彷彿置身世外桃源。
距離酒店 20 分鐘車程可以到達雲舍村，可以在裏面吃當地特色土家菜領略土家族風情。
距離酒店 5 分鐘車程還可以到達寨沙侗寨，寨子不大，有空也可以逛逛。週末還有篝火晚會。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔
設施：中規中矩的酒店裝修風格，房間面積還可以。建議在一些細節上再完善下，比如吹風機，毛巾浴巾更換新一些的，目前的過於陳舊。
周邊民宿，酒店眾多，棲溪度假酒店位置是最好的，如果房間用品再提升一些相信會更好。
由於住這裏的多數都是早起登梵凈山的客人，所以早餐 9 點半基本就結束了。 如果吃早餐建議早點，這樣種類還相對多一點。

一家三口旅行，酒店房間是套間，酒店環境不錯😌離梵凈山景區很近。早上可以趕在大量遊客來之前先進入景區。酒店設施比較好，酒店本身就像一個花園，園林景觀，餐廳也不錯👍種類挺多的，就是補充食物不主動不及時，兩次都是和服務人員提出了要求加食物，才給加。當時早餐時間不晚，才八點左右。希望能改進一下。餐廳的晚餐也很好吃😋住在這裏基本就在酒店餐廳吃飯的。

酒店地理位置優越，穿過風雨橋（劃重點，後面有包袱）距離梵凈山景區東門衹需步行五分鐘。酒店工作人員服務超級暖心有愛。表揚一下酒店管家小滿，服務熱情，體貼周到，是個很好的朋友。並且為我們提供了梵凈山詳細的遊玩攻略。從銅仁站到梵凈山拼車被司機扔在了距離酒店3.5公里的金佛小橋，（告知我們這就是風雨橋），跟酒店聯繫告知被騙，前台反應迅速，管家小滿及時驅車將我們接回酒店。貼心的告知我們可以通過平台投訴司機。細節滿滿，感動！前台免費幫我們升級了觀景房，撫平了被騙的心。酒店安靜悠閑，依山傍水，景色宜人。餐廳不得不説，菜品豐盛美味，服務員點菜靈活。很好的一次住店體驗，推薦朋友們在這度過美好的假期！誇誇誇
