酒店位於縣城中心，緊鄰汽車站，到火車站距離不超過15分鐘車程。到小火車站，建水古城，大約12分鐘車程。門口就有公交站台，出門很方便。地段好。
酒店有自己的停車場，車位多，開車的不用擔心停車問題。
吃飯，超市，葯店，便利店下樓就有，生活便利。
房間大小適中，乾淨整潔，無異味。裝修設施都很新，屬於時尚精品型酒店。配備了聲控管家，很智能。洗漱用品，都是不錯的好貨。
床品乾淨舒適，枕頭是雙面的，一面是軟的，一面是蕎麥的，睡起來很舒服。
我住的沿街的房間，玻璃用了雙層的隔離玻璃，不吵隔音很好。
樓頂有洗衣機，洗衣服。同時，有陽光房可以晾衣服，下雨天也不用擔心。
服務人員，親切熱情，有問題，老闆親自接待處理，很負責任。
感受最好的是，店家準備了，建水本地旅遊的小指南，很貼心。
整體感覺，來建水，住這裏，是不錯選擇。

酒店位置緊鄰汽車客運站，春節期間不好打車，建水城裡停車場很少，也不便開車出去。建議乘公交車，很方便。酒店有停車場。

整體很滿意，位置在汽車站旁但不吵雜，樓下就有吃米線和燒烤的，味道都很好。酒店乾淨整潔，香薰也很好聞，房間寬敞乾淨整潔，房間實際比照片還寬敞舒適。老闆和前台的服務態度都很好，酒店老闆安了一個電車充電樁挺方便的。雲南之行10天最滿意的酒店！

酒店看起來很新，有停車位。對面的羊肉米線是當地人經常光顧的老店，味道特別鮮。酒店老闆和老闆娘人很好，特意做了建水當地特色打卡攻略卡紙發給入住客人，入住當天怕我們去紫陶街堵車還貼心的給我們打了熟悉路線的滴滴車。

老闆很熱情、員工也很熱情，服務很好，尤其推薦電車自駕旅遊的住這家，春節期間充電車輛很多，老闆都安排妥當，讓每個車都儘量充到電。

床很大，有2米多吧，床品很乾凈，房間也大，價格合適，春節400多的樣子，家庭出遊會再次選擇。自駕出行有停車場，這家店可以選。

新酒店，客服熱情有問必答，雖然很少評價，但是這個酒店值得好好評價一番！出去住過很多酒店，這家性價比最高，配套設施都超級贊，熱水來得非常快，水流非常大，房間寬敞，停車也很方便，院內就是停車場。出去遊玩聽從前台給的建議，打車（到紫陶街或者古城都是9元左右真是個驚喜價，停車費都不止）。沒有白來建水，更沒有選錯這家酒店，極力推薦！

第一天辦理入住的應該是男老闆，人非常好，笑嘻嘻的，辦事特別麻利，還主動問是不是開着電車來的是否需要充電，簡直不要太好，老闆自己的充電樁，酒店非常不錯，以後來建水的首選了
