過年回家晚班飛機，住了一晚。
房間衞生太差，空調幾乎不制熱。接機很順利，但送機卻讓我情緒失控。
按我事先預估，7：00出發合適，入住時前台説7點沒車，6：30會準時出發，於是我在前台登記了次日6：30送地鐵站。
但次日6：30我到前台時，沒見到車，前台人也沒有。打電話，一直沒人接，後來終於接了，告訴我一會兒車就到。
酒店在十字路口，路在修，各種亂。等了一會兒，一直不見車。又電話問，才知道原來是叫了網約車，並非酒店接送專車；我衹能提醒店家要讓車開到酒店門口，不然我不知道在哪個路邊上車。
又過了幾分鐘，還是不見車。再電話，店家告訴我他再幫我聯繫司機。還是不見車來，我又電話，店家説司機取消訂單了，他再幫我約。
過了一會兒，有車開到酒店門口，問我是不是去機場？我是去地鐵站。於是又電話跟店家確認，這會兒才告訴我網約車的車牌號，就是停在我面前、以為要送我去機場的車！
我真的忍不住了：
1、 如果是網約車而非酒店定時班車，為什麼一定要我提前半小時出發？而且幾經折騰，等我最終上車時已經快7點了，浪費了我差不多半小時！
2、 既然叫了網約車，為什麼不關注車輛動態，非得等我一次又一次追問才發現訂單被取消？
3、 我已經很着急了，再次約好車後，為什麼不主動告訴我車牌號，非得車來了逼我再次電話跟他確認車輛訊息？？
這樣的服務，以後是絕對不會再來住了！！！

酒店很新，房間裝修也很好，馬桶還是智能的，衞生間乾濕分離，熱水器燒水比較慢需要提前放水，老闆和前台的服務態度都很棒，周圍外賣還挺多的，總的來講很滿意。

絕無僅有的不好體驗，晚上11點落地，11：20取到行李，接機的車走了，在機場等一個小時，直到零點47才在酒店住下，訂的大床房，給換成了雙人標間，還美其名曰免費升房了，我一個人是能睡兩個床是吧？早晨送機服務直接更拉胯，説11：30可以送，在大廳白等10多分鐘到了30多才告訴我們今天沒有車，讓我們自己打車去，（説報銷打車費，目前沒有任何報銷跡象）如果不是預留了時間，飛機就趕不上了，沒有送機不會早點説嗎，硬要拖到30多再説，讓我們自己打車走，請大家注意避坑這家酒店

晚上12點左右到的，接待人員依然很熱情好評是肯定的，免費升級的房型（我是300多訂的房間，他説免費升級套房，但是入住後我再次用不同用户，平台，手機分別查看了房價，所有的房間都沒有像我一樣高的價格，套房200一晚，我不明白為什麼和我説免費升級，原本定的房型是130多一晚，而我是300多定的，因時間原因就沒有去找服務人員，通過其他渠道得知，酒店是有義務返還酒店差價的，退房的時候諮詢了前台，前台告知我，不同用户，不同平台，房型價格不一樣（出行衹用攜程，這個我是知道的），又和我説看我是當天訂房價格最高的才和我説（我高價訂房是不是應該告知我一下？這是應有的義務吧。我再説一下免費升級，原價定套房200元，而我最開始預訂大床房就消費了300元，什麼叫免費升級套房？）（後面都附有照片），臨走時服務人員説所有的酒店都沒有退差價？那為什麼攜程客服會給我退差價？
Ps：顧客高價訂房不告知顧客，以免費升級房型為由黑不提白不提，不予退差價。

我定的是機酒自由行，我的飛機是凌晨1點半到的機場，取完行李已經兩點半了，酒店的司機師傅很耐心的在等我們，而且到酒店工作人員已經提前給打開了空調，非常貼心，因為第二天我要趕回家那邊上班，很早師傅就起來送我們了，服務態度非常好，酒店房間也很乾凈
