床真的很舒服，不軟不硬。老闆也很熱情，看我們人多還給升級了房間，地理位置很好，出門100米就是江畔，晚上散步早上跑步都很愜意。

其實是一間民宿，老闆娘很熱情，雖然去到已經晚了，老闆娘還是讓我們挑房間，我們挑了外面第一間，原以為一切都很好，但低估了早起出遊的人，於是大概在五點左右便被吵醒了。不過民宿離江邊很近，幾分鐘路程，如果看江邊日落是不錯的選擇。

老闆人非常好，我本來訂的特價大床房在二樓。聽説我腿受傷不便爬樓梯，給我升級一樓標雙，寬敞，乾淨。嘉蔭已經供暖非常舒適。

房間很陳舊，破破爛爛的，沒有空調，舊電風扇，床品不太乾淨，賓館的名稱和實際名稱不相符，我找了好幾趟，也沒有找到。朋友出來玩，住的確實不舒服，沒有服務。

乾淨整潔，房間空間大。老闆人很好，熱情周到爽快。為顧客行方便解決困難。地點非常好出門就是江邊公園。是出門的首選住宿。推薦給大家哦！

嘉蔭整體住宿條件都很一般，大都是家庭旅館、農家院水平。金港灣勝在位置好，出門就是江邊，離遊船碼頭很近。老闆娘很熱情健談。

交通：整個嘉蔭整體感覺很亂，很多大樓處於歇業或待出租狀態
衞生：在居民小區的外側，門口有個垃圾堆放坑
環境：守着江邊很近，有很多長者在公園打麻將，打牌，跳集體舞的超多，很吵
