Hilton Garden Inn Jinzhong Yuci

Stayed for three days in a row, maybe it was a new opening. On the last day, central air conditioning was installed and the water temperature started to get hotter. If it bears the name of Hilton, the service needs to be improved. If the room rate is less than 300, the service will be acceptable. During the Chinese New Year, I lived in a high-rise building with a good view and could see the fireworks. I don’t know if it’s because I’m old or something, but the pillow is really high. Atour mainly focuses on comfortable pillows, so it’s appropriate to arrange a low pillow.

I don’t know what’s in the hot water bottle, but it smells bad. The room cleaning was also very poor. It's a newly opened hotel. The smell in the room is particularly pungent.

Clean environment, breakfast dishes combine Chinese and Western dishes, considering the taste of the guests, the Italian coffee has a mellow taste, the toiletries have a good skin feel, the shower head has enough water, and the drinks are thoughtfully prepared, it is worth staying😃😃

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and cost-effective. However, the air conditioner in the room seemed to be broken and it was a bit cold. It was so cold after taking a shower that I caught a cold. The quality of breakfast needs to be improved. It is obviously a bit different from the quality of the hotel.

There were no pajamas in the room, so I had to call the front desk to ask for them. The hot water in the room was unstable and I couldn't even take a shower. The access hatch on the roof of the bathroom is not covered. Went for breakfast at 8:40 and there were not many dishes, only 4 dishes. The buns have been heated many times and the skin has turned yellow. The bowl for eating noodles is too small, only a little bigger than a coffee cup. Overall experience is too bad

The supporting facilities are average, the rooms are comfortable, the area is sufficient, and the services are in place

第一次入住晉中榆次這家希爾頓花園酒店，真是超滿意，整體酒店外觀高端大氣，進到大堂撲面而來的精緻感，旁邊還有星巴克，開業活動還抽到咖啡捲了，超nice，房間真的好大好大好大，太舒服了，服務人員非常貼心，服務很贊，這次帶孩子出行，真的選對地方了，點贊

出差來晉中，頭一次住這家酒店，真的有驚艷到，首先裝修很漂亮，酒店門口很大的一面紅色花牆，拍照特別上鏡，大廳設施也是一應俱全，服務很熱情，客房寬敞舒適，衞生也很好，還有機器人服務，值得推薦來入住。
