A top 5 star hotel well decorated and very new! Restaurant food was delicious! Room is huge and has all the amenities required. They even assigned a butler who helped me on daily needs during the stay. The package included 2 tickets to the museum which introduces the culture of different tribes of the region.

A unique ******* style hotel with ******* decorations everywhere. The front desk lady is nice and kind. Seeing that we brought children, she upgraded the room to two 1.8-meter beds. The hotel's yak hotpot is also delicious, and there are many breakfast options.

Jiuzhaigou is at an altitude of more than 2,000 meters. Although it is not very high, my friend who went with me still caught a cold and altitude sickness. He woke up with a fever of 38 degrees the next morning. I went to the scenic spot alone and was worried while playing. Fortunately, the hotel housekeeper Mia cared about my friend and sent a thermometer and water. The hotel restaurant sent fruits, yak milk yogurt, tsampa, and a bowl of porridge for free. Another front desk manager Peter helped us arrange a single room. Ayi Zijin quickly changed the sheets and quilt covers for us. It felt like home.

The service staff are friendly. The room is quite big. Located in Luneng Resort. Many restaurants nearby.
Breakfast was average. It actually prefers Cantonese food. . . . Maybe because many Hong Kong people live there.
