Nothing much to say about the hotel. Just a super budget within residential area and the hotel price really ok and suits the hotel well. Only one disgusting matter saw about 3-4 mini cockroaches in the room. This really pissed me off

Choose to stay here because of a workshop nearby. Within walling distance and the midnight shift staff was very kind ensuring he would watch out for our car. Staffs are friendly and nice. There is a water station serving hot and cold water which is a bonus. Everything is as expected.

Minimalist, but sufficient for simple travels like attending wedding dinner, the room mapping was a Lil confusing though. Quite a good bargain with decently-maintained room and with rainshower in the bathroom~

Reasonable price for a budget hotel. Water heater and air condition worked well. No toiletries, bedroom slippers were included but 7-11 store is nearby. Many F&B, convenience stores and all sorts of shops nearby. Rooms, corridors and lobby are brightly lit and clean. Towels and sheets were clean and soft. Kitchen is available on the ground floor. Free use of computer and wifi in the lobby. Wifi signal in the room was suitable for reading news, emails and texting. Parking outside the hotel is not free; parking for the public. The family room (4 pax) I booked via Hotels.com was actually unavailable. The receptionist said she could not cancel my booking. I was compelled to accept 2 smaller rooms, instead of 1 family room, for the same price. Spouse and I had to sleep in separate rooms with each child. Wifi signal in the room was not 'strong' enough for online, fast-paced, action packed games. Windows of rooms face other shops/buidings; no fantastic views.

Slightly disappointing had to wait sometime to get our booking processed and the room was slightly dusty and saw some baby cockroaches. :( nevertheless the amenities around the hotel is good, have nice food around the hotel and places to visit. (:

Very basic room. Small and no window. Worn looking furniture and toilet in a sad state. Worst thing was climbing 3 storeys up to the room so if you have luggage, please skip this hotel as it has no lift. Best thing about it was the location which is near to Aeon Tebrau, Toppen and Ikea.
