I can honestly recommend Adora Hotel to everyone looking to a beautiful long beach, crystal sea and a taste of delicious Turkish cuisine. The entire hotel is perfectly managed, every inch of the area is kept clean and tidy (starting from rooms, going through a pool area, beach, and a lobby). The garden looks like a piece of a paradise with green palms and colorful flowers. The menu's variety is absolutely amazing, you can find there anything from vegetarian to meat dishes and fruits or desserts looking like a small masterpiece. Staff was exceptionally friendly, approachable and kind. My special thanks go to #GuestRelation's team, all barmen, waiters and animation team especially Sport trainers Kamelya and Kadir. We would definitely return there next year.

Really enjoyed my stay at Kempinski. My friends and I went on a short vacation at the end of April. we had a great rest and were well taken care of. Thanks to the entire staff of the hotel, whose care was exemplary. I thank Savas for the attention with which he dealt with all our requests and Cuneyt for the excellent communication and problem-free accommodation. All the staff in the bars and restaurants were also very attentive and friendly. I would love to come back again soon.

6 yıl önce 9 mayıs 2018de geldiğimizden bu yana hiç değişmeyen otel. Yemek lezzetleri hala aynı ve gerçekten güzel, 6 yıl önce eşimi çocuğumuzun yemeği için mutfağa almışlardı ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle çocuk dostu bir otel. 09.04.2024te başlayan tatilimizde Ana restaurantta Sous chef Özkan GEDİK'e o kadar yoğun çalışma programında ilgisi, önerileri, ve güler yüzü için çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz gerçekten. Umarım hayat bu güler yüzünden hiç bir şey eksiltmez. Kısmet olurda kış tatiline Kaya Uludağ'a gidersek görmek isteyeceğimiz bir şef. Bunum yanında eksiklerinden bahsetmezsek olmaz, havanın değişkenliğinden dolayı kapalı havuzu hergün kullanmak zorunda kaldık ve kapalı havuzda bugün bir problem yaşadık. Çözmek için birkaç telefon etmek durumunda kaldık ve saolsunlar müşteri ilişkilerinden derya hanım hemen bi personel yönlendirerek problemin çözülmesine yardımcı oldu. Bu durumu otelin genel müdür yardımcısı Mustafa KIRCA ile görüşerek 6 yıldan bu yana değişmesi gerekenler, bugün yaşanan problemler, ve değişmeyen ve tercih sebeplerimizden olan konuları konuştuk. Saolsun fikirlerimizi ve şikayetlerimizi dikkate alarak çok güzel bir konuşma ortamı oldu. Ve yaşadığımız problemleri telafi etmek adına çok güzel bir jest hazırlayarak odamıza gönderdiklerinden ayrıca memnun olduk. İnce düşüncelerinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ederiz ve yine, iyiki gelmişiz dedik. 6 yıl öncesi tatilimizin anneler gününe denk gelmesi, bu tatilimizinde ramazan bayramına gelmesinden ötürü düzenlenen küçük ama gerçekten insanların yüzünü güldüren naif süprizleri için otelin genel müdürü Hakan KAYA'ya da teşekkür ederiz. Ama Alacarte restaurantı kullanamamak kötü oldu pazara kadar dolu olduğu söylendi, ama ana restauranttaki lezzetlerle bunu unutturdular. Personellerin bu yoğun tempoda çalışmalarına rağmen güleryüzlerini hiç eksiltmemeleri de çok iyiydi bu durumu sağlamak gerçekten çok önemli ve zor. Kaya Belek bunu başarıyor. Yarın otelden tatilimiz bittiği için ayrılmak zorunda da olsak, Yine olsa yine geliriz.

I have visited Turkey 3 times now, the last 2 times to different places but due to the pandemic they were closed so I selected the IQ Belek as it was all inclusive and as a solo female traveller it's generally better to be in this style resort. I arrived late at night, staff are in reception 24 7 so there was no issues. Lots of staff speak some English which was fabulous. I never expect anyone outside of England to speak English so this was a bonus. I was shown to my room and shown how to use my key card and the Aircon, which was a definite plus! It's an absolute essential, it's effective and nice and quiet too. The room, large real king-size bed, not twins stuck together. Lovely clean bedding and firm pillows. As is the tradition, there were thick cotton weaved blankets, trust me you don't need anything more, it's warm enough no duvet is required and once you find your ideal Aircon setting it's more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable and the curtains nice and thick so no light leaks. There is a mini fridge in the room and water is put in it every day for you. I selected what was described as a double for solo use, it was well sized with a little balcony that looked out over the amusement park behind. The bathroom was good, shower has a main shower head overhead and a shower attachment too. Ideal if you don't want a full on soaking. Toiletries provided in the room included soap, shower cap, shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of towels, 2 large bathsheets, 2 lare hand/hair towels and 2 smaller hand towels and slippers in a netted bag for use too. I was given a towel card, this is exchanged at the spa for a large blue beach/ pool towel. You can change them as you wish in the spa so if you want a fresh towel you just go to the spa and swap it for a clean towel. I visited the spa twice while I was there. Once for a Turkish foam massage and face massage and then again for a face shoulder massage and foot massage. Definitely an experience!! I slept like a log afterwards and my skin squeaked I was so clean! The cleaning staff visit every day and empty the bins and replenish any toiletries and remake your bed and give the room a sweep and wipe through. If you leave towels on the floor they are replaced. The room was fully cleaned a few times which on top of regular daily visits I think is more than enough. They visit around 11-1 each day. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. I visited out of season but it still provided a full service each meal time. Due to covid staff fill your plates for you with your selections. Breakfast has a mix of hot foods, some days including scrambled eggs, toasties, sausage mix, and then cold platters of cheeses meats and breads along with cereals and fruit. Lunch had a selection of around 6 hot dishes with accompanying rice and pasta and potato dishes, a full salad bar with dips and oils and sauces, fruits and then the most amazing cake bar I've ever seen. We stayed here on route to our main holiday as we were all inclusive 5 star but booked direct with hotel. As flight arrived early hours of morning we stayed here for a few hours sleep to then move on to main hotel. It was only £32 for 3 people and was more than adequate. A guy there even offered to taxi us to our main hotel for a small fee 7 euros. This meant we arrived fresh at 9 am at our venue ready to start the all inclusive. Clean room , air con. Basic English speaking and 24 hour reception to greet us early morning when arrived. Will use again.
