Search reviews Karen Schmid 5/5 12 hours ago on Google We love this kids friendly hotel very much. There is plenty to do for kids, especially the water slides and kids club activities. Plenty of food to eat and you will never be starved. The room is a little outdated compared to some other newer hotels but it doesn't affect the fun that we have. Shops are not walking distance but you can take the bus to Bazaar for 1 euro. Staffs are very friendly but the only downside is that not all of them can understand English or German well. The girl at Guest relation with short dark hair and glasses from Kazakhstan is super nice and speaks perfect English. A la carte staffs from Lagos fish, Mexican and Brazilian restaurants are also very friendly. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Everything is perfect. The servise is amazing. People and asssistants are ready to help anytime. The location is very nice too. We like the bar. They are enough for everyone. We liked animation and shows in the evening. The room was clear. Mini bar was fill up everyday. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.

Visited as a family of 12 (7 adults 5 children) and had an excellent time. Great hotel that caters for everyone. Plenty of activities for the children and the kids club was the best we have been to. Equally lots of places to relax for the adults, we especially loved the new pier and beach bar. Guest relations were excellent and helped us arranged every thing. Will definitely be back.

Room lovely and clean. Lots of great facilities. Great water park. Kids had a great time. We had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend. Food was lovely too. The whole family enjoyed the experience. Will definitely be coming back to enjoy again.

Extremely well organized and luxurious resort. Perfect service, excellent food, sensational clean, exceptional shows and in total a perfect place to recharge!!! Thanks a lot for a perfect stay! As a family a perfect place for sports, relaxation and everything you can think about.

Just got back last week from Megasaray Club Belek. Absolutely the best all inclusive I’ve ever been to! The service from the 1-1 hotel assistant Zhuldyz was the best and something I’ve never experienced before! She was on Whatsap contact throughout replying and servicing any needs I had. I didn’t have a single no throughout the stay they bent over backwards to ensure me and my family were comfortable. I had my 4 year old and so had would message Zhuldyz daily for one thing or another and always prompt reply and assistance. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, the food absolutely delicious and all day long lots to eat. Free ice creams of the best brands and branded drinks all day none of the cheap watered down stuff. The kids facilities are absolutely amazing and my son was kept entertained all day! My room was beautiful with a garden view and my own very little garden area. You will not be disappointed in the slightest! Thank you Megasaray for a wonderful and memorable stay!

We stayed in the swim up pool rooms which was fantastic. The rooms are always cleaned on a daily basis. Our assistant Zülfikar was excellent always checking we was ok and if we needed anything. All the staff are really friendly. Abdullah was top bar man for me always entertaining us when we ordered a drink.

We came to Megasaray for a family holiday. We enjoyed every minute, the staff were so attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much. The room was cleaned everyday and the mini restocked. The waterslides were great for the kids, along with the kid’s club which hosted lots of different activities. Themed nights made the entertainment fun and different. A great deal of choice for each meal. Would highly recommend.
