Location wise, very convenient. The staff was very polite, especially the technician who helped us with the laundry machine! The gym facility included free weights/ bench which I highly appreciate!
The rooms were very spacious and the cleaning staff was very quick with their jobs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay (3 nights), highly recommended!

酒店總的來説挺不錯的，相對於這個價格超值了。乾淨整潔，設施齊全，尤其是帶浴缸對於親子出遊特別有用。但也有兩個缺點，1是服務員在晚上快12點的時候打房間電話核實我們家人身份證號，把全家吵醒，這種事可以第二天再電話的吧。2是浴缸溢水口應該是壞了，泡完澡出來浴室漏了一地的水。希望能改進。

衞生環境各方面都挺不錯的，還給升級成了套房，很舒適，就是有以下幾點我覺得需要改進。1，房間的空調不管是開制熱還是製冷都一直吹冷風，剛好這幾天天氣比較冷；2、吹風機風力太小了，對女性不友好，特別是長髮的，吹了半個小時都還沒幹；3、一般有浴池泡澡的星級酒店都有身體乳，而這裏沒有。

五一到千户苗寨，晚上回市區住，選擇的文旅酒店套房，房間很大很舒服，視野很好，房間乾淨衞生，酒店服務熱情。酒店位置在市中心，出行交通很方便，附近吃的也很多。
