The hotel is a cab ride from town . Offers breakfast and a buffet dinner, no lunch . Be prepared to come into town . Cab was 4 €. It is a place to stay but nothing fancy. I would not rate it 4 stars. Wine selection was very basic. There are two little chapels on the back of the property that are very nice.

This hotel is on the outskirts of town, and there really isn’t much around it. We were part of a Meteora Thrones travel tour, and this is where the tour deposited us. We didn’t have a rental car. As a result, we felt extremely isolated at this hotel. The hotel has a skeleton staff and there did not seem to be a lot of people staying at the hotel. The limited staff that are at the hotel are friendly, and will strive to meet your needs. If we wanted lunch or dinner, we could walk a few kilometers in the scorching sun or call for a taxi at a cost of 5 euros. Also, the hotel is on a hill, so it’s really not an easy walk. Finally, if you order delivery, make sure you emphasize the name of the hotel. There is a hotel in town with a similar name. We ordered food delivery, and they tried to deliver the food to the wrong hotel. Nevertheless, the hotel has potential; hey, they were cleaning the pool during our visit :). Finally, the hotel is rated as 4-stars, but don’t rely on that rating. Definitely not a 4-star hotel.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. Clean and fine room with good beds, a great pool area with beautiful surroundings, and close to the city and the Meteora monestaries. Unfortunately the breakfast was poor and a maintenance man was making a lot of noise late in the evening in the rooms next to ours!

As a travel agent I travel all over Greece and I would like to express my experience staying in this hotel, I must say that it looks nice when you first walk in, but the lady behind the desk was so rude and made all of my group feel bad. It was clean, the day was hot 37 degrees Celsius I fell asleep and around 23:00 I woke up wet perspiring because they switched the AC if so the can save money, I called the front desk complaining and they switched the AC on again but not for long at 02:00 AC was switched off again . As for breakfast not to bad I just wish they can have some fresh bread for people to enjoy. I’m sorry for this review but they need to improve and prove themselves that they deserve the four stars they have them.

This hotel was probably fine when new…but that was some time ago. The surroundings are beautiful and the public areas are very good, but it goes downhill from there. Our room was cleanish, but cramped and not very comfortable. The bed was hard, with no mattress protector (a pet peeve of mine). The bathroom was shabby with maintenance issues. Very poor water pressure in the shower. The toilet made a lot of noise but was somewhat ineffectual. It took several flushes to do the job! We did not have a restful night due to the intermittent roaring of air con from another room. We had to turn our own air con off due to the noise. On a positive note, the staff were very pleasant and breakfast was very good. Wifi was frustrating and unreliable. Overall, not recommend.

We stay at Famissi Eden Hotel yesterday night. Very friendly staff. The Breakfast is fantastic. The room 112 is so fantastic. The view from my Room is fantastic. Very Good Value for Money. Free Parking.

Lovely and very tidy hotel a little outside of Kalambaka. Although we were only a handful of guests, the hotel complex was instantly ready and well-kept everywhere. The owner himself checked us out!

Travelled here on a Cosmos tour. September 2021. Beautiful location; and parts of the hotel-interior were very nice - the tile , walls, etc, in the lobby and common areas. Also, an ornate, "mini-chapel" outside was very unique; with a beautiful interior. And it was a short walk to a great little downtown area. However, the air conditioning was not working; and this was a very hot time of year. Also, the pool should have still been open; it was instead apparently closed for the season. Very hot weather, mind you, up to 90F. The mattress was thin and hard; and it's funny; I think I now see another reviewer commenting on that. I seem to recall the shower was not that inviting as well. Perhaps they were hurt economically during Covid; but they need to fix these things.

Hotel that looks great in the outdoor garden and in the hall. Then go up to the room: torn blackout curtains (we solved it by pointing a needle to keep them closed, bathroom cleaning that leaves something to be desired. The bathroom is very old and not very functional. Dinner served as a buffet at 21.15 (time indicated by the hotel) from fasting! There was practically nothing left and in any case very little choice. Ditto for Breakfast. Stale biscuits, bread from the day before badly wrapped in plastic wrap, including pieces already used, very little choice of cakes and no brioches. The only note worthy of the two chapels orthodox churches in the garden with beautiful icons and frescoes, otherwise forgettable.
