The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel overall has good facilities and is well managed. Considering the relatively low cost of accommodation, this is the highest level.

Clean room. Laundry room with dirty washers and loud dryer that sounded like it was going to break. Washer $3.50/load, dryer $3 /load. Breakfast looked average, nothing great. Sausage looked like it was dehydrated and wrinkled it was so dry. We ate elsewhere at that point. But the room itself was clean, hallways were clean.

I was travelling to Zion national park and this was great place to stay just outside of Zion and for a good price. Great room and breakfast offered

Clean very quiet place. Would stay again! Definitely pet friendly. Has wonderful fenced in area for your pets! Pool and hot tub!

The room was beautiful. 2 queen beds and a loveseat/ottman for comfort seating. The walk in shower was well lit and very clean.
And the breakfast was first rate with warm scrambled eggs and sausage.

This is a franchise of a chain, but given that, pretty good: everything worked, everything was clean. I even tried the breakfast one day; it's a chain hotel breakfast, but pretty substantial. I'd come back.
