飯店的位置因為很靠近高雄火車站，所以是蠻方便的，一到飯店時，櫃檯服務人員也算蠻好的可以解決問題，只是飯店過於老舊，很多地方都沒有清理乾淨，還有之前客人留下來的頭髮，以及很多地方都堆積了灰塵，環境實在太讓人覺得不舒服了，而且可以感覺這間老闆沒有心想經營這一間飯店，實在蠻不推別人來這裡住。

戶外附有小空間停車場，若是大車或車多的話較不容易停，飯店周圍較陰暗，有一些放鬆的地方，內裝也偏老舊。
