房間很乾凈，房東非常好，晚上還有篝火可以圍坐在一起和天南海北的人聊天，基本是輕井澤最便宜的旅館了。

軽井沢といえば高級別荘地などのイメージでしたが、こんなお安く泊まれて、静かな森の中にいるような感覚で過ごせる場所があったとは・・・！ 小雨に濡れてしっとりとした空気の中、緑が瑞々しく包み込んでくれるようでした。キッチンスペースや共有空間などは狭いのですが、古民家を改装したような木の建物に、落ち着いて過ごせました。個室は２階、ドミトリーは１階。今回はドミトリーに宿泊しました。ゲストハウスによっては、狭い空間にぎっしり詰めこまれるような所もありますが、こちらはゆったり目。オーナーさんはお若いながらもしっかりされた方。とても親切でした。庭の木立に小鳥の巣箱。シジュウカラがいるそうです。聞けばシジュウカラが話すことを研究されてる京大の助教の、フィールド拠点の一つとか。なかなか興味深い。また、宿泊したお宿です。
