Panoramic Star Hotel (Gucheng Road)

We arrived at Tashkurgan County on the 5th day of our 11-day trip to southern Xinjiang. We checked into the Panoramic Starry Sky Hotel🏨. Most of what I want to say is in the picture. This is my first review on Ctrip because I really think the service is great. As soon as the car stopped at the hotel entrance, the employee Xiaoka helped us unload our luggage. The front desk staff Ali and Weire were handsome and enthusiastic. Not only did they help us upgrade our room type, but the next day we wanted to have a hot pot around the Bandir Blue Lake, and they also told us that we could buy ingredients at Lida Huigou Supermarket. The room was also better than we imagined. I posted two comments on WeChat Moments to recommend it to everyone. I’ll write one for Ctrip as well. The room was really amazing, and parking was super convenient. The service staff was very good and helpful in planning our travel route. The room was very clean. Opposite the room was the check-in spot, Golden Grass Beach. I will definitely stay here again next time!

The best hotel I have stayed in during my trip to southern Xinjiang. I thought the price might be a bit expensive during the May Day holiday, but I didn't expect the service and facilities to be unexpectedly good, definitely at the level of first-tier cities. First of all, the service. The captain of the security team helped me adjust the heating carefully, which was very nice. Then, because the road was too congested during the May Day holiday, I didn't finish my meal until the middle of the night and couldn't get a taxi. The hotel also sent a clean car to pick me up. The room is also super new and upgraded. The toilet is also electric. It's especially reassuring to sleep here after the daytime altitude sickness. It's also worth mentioning the breakfast. There is an open-air terrace where you can watch the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain. The breakfast variety is really rich, especially the vegetables. I haven't eaten them for many days, so I replenished them. You know, this is Tashi County, and the cost of transporting vegetables is very high. The boss is very attentive. I will recommend friends to stay here, and I hope it can be maintained!

The environment is very comfortable, the location is great, and the scenery is very beautiful. The restaurant is on the 4th floor. You can see the snow-capped mountains on the right and the Jincaotan Wetland on the left. After leaving the hotel, walk along a small path, go through the fence, and you will reach the Jincaotan Wetland directly! However, the breakfast is very ordinary, there is nothing to eat, and the price is still a bit expensive, maybe because of the May Day holiday

The hotel is in a very good location, facing the Golden Grass Beach in front and the snow-capped mountains in the back. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains while having breakfast. The staff is very friendly and took the initiative to help us unload our luggage (Xiao Ka and the security team). The boss also helped us take videos and photos, and the experience was very good

The price is acceptable for May Day. The room is very new and the facilities are sufficient. I didn't carry my luggage by myself. Guli and Mir (I hope I remember their names correctly) at the front desk and the handsome security captain all provided very good service. The breakfast was a surprise, with many types of vegetables and tasted good. It should be the most satisfactory hotel in southern Xinjiang.

We booked a lake view room, with snow-capped mountains and grasslands outside the window, which was really beautiful. The room was very clean, well laid out, and had new facilities. There was an oxygen concentrator, and there was no altitude sickness at all. Service: All the staff were very enthusiastic and the service was particularly good. The breakfast was rich and delicious

Very high praise. I originally booked a room without windows, but the little girl at the 005 front desk helped me upgrade to a room with a window. Opposite the window is Licorice Beach, facing east, and I can watch the sunrise from the room in the morning. The breakfast is also good. There are not many styles, but the taste is very good. The staff is very enthusiastic. There was no milk one day, so I asked the waiter to bring out another pack of milk. It was great, recommended!

The hotel is in a very good location, next to Golden Beach and Stone Town. The room is large and clean. It was just renovated, but there is no odor at all. Each room is equipped with a humidifier. The hotel also has oxygen generators. My family members were uncomfortable with altitude sickness, and they were relieved a lot by breathing oxygen from the oxygen generator. I highly recommend booking.
