I can not give this hotel a good comment, never angry like that and will not recommend to the others if they have budget. Location is great although, but I don't know why the service and the reception are way not professional. It's very noisy, and I don't why some people deserve a better and higher room but not us. I feel so uncomfortable for the reaction of the staff, meanwhile, gym room needs additional charges.

I got a basic room. The room is small, but very clean. good location to airport and downtown by metro 15 minutes!

I had an amazing stay, the location is amazing, really close to the metro and train station. If you're going there for an evening at the royal arena, it's a great place to stay at! The room is small but it has everything you need. Staff really kind and helpful, would definitely go back!

The room is tiny, that we can understand…but even the beds are cabin size and with the one window on the side
The air doesn’t flow freely…very difficult to sleep still in a tin size box!!

Given how expensive the city is, the price here is reasonable. The rooms are extremely small, but clean and had the basics. Only real surprise was that the luggage room was an additional charge, which felt cheap even for a budget hotel.
