"we were extremely disappointed with our stay in hotel narayana at katra (jammu. The poor quality of management was evident from the moment we arrived. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. Upon entering our allotted room number 305, we were shocked to find dusted furniture, bedsheet, towels and other equipment, indicating a lack of cleanliness and attention. Even door-lock (inner) and bathroom lock was found to be damaged and non operational. It was clear that the hotel's management has neglected basic maintenance and upkeep. This experience has left us deeply unsatisfied, and we will not be returning or recommending this hotel to others"
