Hotel Narayan

Only room attached with washroom with fan and a soap for hand-washing was available along-with a towel

No basic facility available. Like hot water etc. Staff is also not cooperative. They don’t care about the guests.

"we were extremely disappointed with our stay in hotel narayana at katra (jammu. The poor quality of management was evident from the moment we arrived. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. Upon entering our allotted room number 305, we were shocked to find dusted furniture, bedsheet, towels and other equipment, indicating a lack of cleanliness and attention. Even door-lock (inner) and bathroom lock was found to be damaged and non operational. It was clear that the hotel's management has neglected basic maintenance and upkeep. This experience has left us deeply unsatisfied, and we will not be returning or recommending this hotel to others"

The stay turn out to be a nightmare as the hotel and rooms are in pathetic condition. The washroom was really dirty.

Room is so poor. Washroom is just good. Bedsheet is good but room colour is so bad. I just consider to not attend this hotel

Location is quite good room surrounding very dirty room was fully muddy round the clock mattress good bathroom okay staff's very aggressive, asked to vacant the room 15 mins before checkout time of 12 noon

This was one of the worst experience I have ever had. I was traveling with my family and was supposed to reach early. So, I had informed the hotel and I was told that they can provide us rooms for early check-in based on availability. We reached the hotel around 9:30 and our plan was to freshen up and leave for darshan before 12. The hotel could only provide us 1 room out of 2 and the other room they mentioned that it will be provided post 12. As we had to leave before 12 and we would not be there to take the keys for the 2nd room, we thought of cancelling one room for 12th which was not provided as the purpose of the 2nd room was beaten and we would rebook the room from 13th onwards as we were not be available to check-in the 2nd room. As I was with family and did not want any harrasment to them, we tried of finding a middle way and they provided the 2nd room after 1 HR that too was dirty and their people were cleaning the rooms. By that time we had to leave the hotel to start the darshan yatra so we did not check in the 2nd room and left. We took the keys on 13th evening for the 2nd room which they intended from the beginning. Just to mention, I was standing near the reception and they had rooms available but they were providing those rooms to the people who were coming post us.

It was cost effective and best fit for stay after tiring travel from darshan yantra. Food and market is at a door steps. One travel office is in same premise so can take leverage of this ton plan local or jammu seen sites. It is hardly 20 meters inside the main road. Staff is courteous.

One of the worst hotel i have seen in my life. This is not even hotel, it’s a low level *********, i was not expecting this kind of place on mm t as they are making fool of the people. The washroom was very dirty and someone’s undergarments were hanging on door. Hot water gizzer was damaged & only for show. Bedsheets was so so dirty as we were not even able to sit on the bed. Worst experience ever. If there are option of 0 star rating or negative star i will definitely give 0 star.
