Overall good value for the price considering it has a microwave and a full fridge/freezer. No utensils, though. 2 bottles of water and coffee packets provided The bathroom is a bit small but just right for one person with enough space to manuever from the toilet, shower,and sink. Soap provided Surprisingly there is no safe in the unit. The bed is a typical Thai hard bed. There is an attempt to make it softer by using a mattress topper but it is still stiff. Shower is decent. 7 Eleven is a 3 minute walk away. Very inaccurate that there is an ”airport shuttle”. What they offer is to drop you off at a Sky Train Station. You still need to walk to Departure area. The sign in the lobby says the airport shuttle is 800BAHT one way which is absolutely ridiculous! Although the airport is 3km away, it took 18 minutes and cost 148 baht on GRAB to be dropped off right in the departure lane. Recommend downloading the GRAB app and don't bother with the hotel shuttle service I found the front desk staff and security to be hospitable and had no concerns with the service.

Minimal soap and shampoo, no hair towels. The bedroom accommodates 1-2 people, has a table and sofa. No hangers There's only a wardrobe.

Good accommodation, spacious rooms. The mattress and pillows are ok. There is a floor that looks a bit old and doesn't look very clean. As for the housekeeper, she doesn't throw out trash. The check cloth was not changed.

the distance from the airport is not walkable and the location of the hotel will require a 5-8 mins walk to the highway. I was just surprised they redirected us to a difficult building from the building where the front office was. Bathroom is smelly at times but tolerable. Nevertheless, the place is peaceful and quiet and they have airport transfers (with minimal fee) starting at 4:30am plus we loved their bed 🙂

I came for an early morning flight at 6am. Just need a simple rest, who knows the room is really big! The bed is very comfortable. They have shuttle bus to airport with just 40baht. The reception will remind you in case you need a morning call. It’s out of my expectation. 7-11, Lotus is just walking distance away

This was a 1 night airport stop , very close to domestic airport, it’s quicker to walk to if you don’t have much luggage. Bed was ok , bathroom is wet room, hot water , aircon worked well but a bit noisy, corridor was a bit noisy but it is a basic airport hotel so to be expected. Staff helped with cases as has no lift . Close to 7 eleven and street food .

What I love the most is the peaceful atmosphere and security. As the hotel is not on a main busy road, it is less noise and more peaceful. Besides, the hotel staffs they are friendly from cleaner to security guard. But, however the cleanliness should be improved more.

This is our second booking at the Prima residence and we would stay there again. The staff is very friendly, especially the porter, he’s a sweet old man who always has a smile on his face and interacts well with all of the guests. The room is neat, clean and comfortable. It is close to the airport and they have a shuttle service running every hour to the airport. They offer a limited free breakfast which is great if you are on the move early and just need a quick bite. I highly recommend this hotel.
