The hotel rooms are the pool are nice, but the customer service is awful, rude to customers. The breakfast is poor, coffee or tea are not included and you pay extra. The restaurant is expensive and do not have fresh food, serve with small portions and very late. Finally you spent lots of money and remain hungry.

Nice location and appearance of the hotel. Terrible service. Front desk manager is useless and doesn’t help at all. Waited for more than 1,5 hours for simple towels for the swimming pool. Room wasn’t cleaned, we were moved to another one without ac with a child. Price of the room with AC and without is the same. Owner said that we don’t pay for the ac but for the experience. Well, sleeping when it’s 36 degrees outside without AC is definitely an experience. Expect for the waiter at the restaurant everyone was rude, slow and unhelpful. If they continue this way, very soon they won’t have any clients.
