"This is a small, clean hotel in a beautiful area. The hotel manager is very kind. I stayed at this hotel for two nights on July 3rd this year and I really enjoyed it. The hotel breakfast is on par with a three-star hotel. The hotel restaurant has a beautiful window overlooking a piece of paradise. The area around the hotel is a corner of paradise."

They also provide towels for the beach, which you take clean and return when you leave the beach. Breakfasts are delicious, including baked goods. There's parking and a pool. "Beautiful view, but the area seemed small to me. There are 10 sun loungers on the beach. But there were no more people. The room is clean, but the style is a bit old. In the Infinity pool you are not allowed to take photographs while leaning on the edge. There are not enough sun loungers near the pool. We were on an all-inclusive basis. There is a good choice for breakfast, everything you need is there. For lunch and dinner the choice is more modest, but if you stay for a long time you will probably get bored. As for drinks, we did not try beer, wine, chacha and vodka, juices, water and mineral water. The bar also has ice cream available all day. We were there for my birthday, the hotel did not congratulate me. Good option for a short vacation"

"The reason i put 3 is the food. Their restaurant had awful breakfast. Everything tasted really bad. We would lose our appetite when we would start eating. And not only breakfast. The menu had bad food aswell. We ince ordered potato paste and it wasn’t made out of a potato. The only delicious thing was the ceaser salad but they usually didn’t have ingredients for it. But the rooms and the hotel decorations and comfort was really nice and they had amazing hot chocolate. If not these two reasons i would rate the hotel ONE. Because food is REALLY important"

"We stayed at Merisi exo house for 4 nights (15-19/2/26). The location is amazing. The atmosphere of the place is very unique. The hotel is very very clean. Our room was wonderful (lova). The food is great and the entire staff was super friendly and kind. The place offers jeep tours, cooking classes and hanmade soaps. We really want to say special thanks to Mariam, Victoria and shalwa! Everything we asked for was answered with a big smile and you made our stay here very special. "A wonderful hotel. New, stylish, well-designed. Polite staff. For us, the location was good, as it's not in the center; we wanted a little less noise and bustle. There's an on-site restaurant, but we didn't use it, so I can't comment on it. The breakfast was rather modest, but delicious! One caveat: two more buildings have been built nearby. We don't know if there will be noise during finishing work. There wasn't any work going on during our visit, but check out the reviews that follow, which will be available during the peak season."

Breakfast is traditional, fresh, and plentiful – with regional products, homemade jams, and warm tea straight from the samovar. Delicious meals are also available in the evenings upon request – the cuisine is homemade and authentic. What truly makes this hotel special is its location: nestled amidst lush greenery, surrounded by the breathtaking natural beauty of Şavşat National Park. "very low value against high price, All inclusive is very limited in options, low quality products, only one restaurant in the venue, service is not good in general, I asked for water to the room and they wanted 6 Lari for each bottle although all inclusive, Staff are not friendly and seems to be lacking training, some are rude, food quality in breakfast is average, lunch is bad and dinner is terrible, bar lady makes you feel you are begging for free drinks and restaurant is old and worn-out, dark and uninviting, the pool is very small and only sea water. this resort requires serious management changes I felt we paid a lot and all my family were disturbed with bad quality of service and products. only Mr. Levanthe bill boy was great in service we appreciated his worm approach and willingness to do good service. not sure why others are not like him. just an example of bad service ( they charged us with one water in restaurant and we said we did not get, the waitress came and started looking around in our table and belongings to see we did not steel, that was outrageous when I spoke to the manger he apologized and said he will talk to her :)"
