The room is super comfy, and the multiple services I experienced were great. I like to mention the awesome professionalism shown by two staff - Florent and Happy. The room was always well-cleaned, and navigating around the hotel was seamless. I also enjoyed my breakfast sessions. I look forward to visiting again.

It was a great overall experience: room, great breakfast, good customer service etc. I just missed the nice pillow sprays that used to be available in the rooms lol Special thank you to Eric Rugamba who delivered outstanding services and made our eLearning Africa edition a great success!

The bar is always open with smart and smiling staff ready to serve whoever comes in. appreciations to the hotel management and staff including the following, Gloria,Gasaro and Faridi.

I was there for the Africa CEO Forum, which is a big event. Even amidst managing it, the concierge at the hotel was extremely helpful and helped me get a booking for a group dinner at a nice restaurant in Kigali! He saw I was struggling to figure it out and proactively helped me.
