Very good value for money. Have a large variety of free flow of drinks and snacks at night time. They helped us to throw away our old luggage for free which other hotels were not willing to do. This is a very good gesture and superb customer service by them. Didn’t have time to try out their onsen bath though. Hotel room is big and nice! Highly recommended hotel.

room was quite old, hallway looks a bit gross but restaurant was newly renovated. the air conditioning in the room was very weak

Spent 2 nights here after the weather turned bad whilst we were supposed to be camping, the onsen was amazing with both massive indoor and outdoor pools, and so were the free alcoholic drinks and snacks at the lounge between certain hours. Room was massive, pretty clean, and had comfy lounge wear. Views were also pretty sick

When I first went in, there was a strong smell of oil. I ventilated the room for about an hour and turned on a humidifier to get rid of it.
The smell seems to have improved. My mother is sensitive to smells, so it was a little embarrassing, but I was glad that the window seat allowed the smell to go away. Other than that, the facilities were good.

It was a Japanese-style tatami room, so it was great to play with the kids.
Unfortunately, I couldn't swim because the weather was cold, but the room condition was good so I had a good time ^^
