Loved it. The breakfast selection and time available was great, super clean, comfortable beds and pillows, offered complementary water, fantastic customer service.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel had a fun vibe with a pool table in the lobby and free cookies, coffee and water bottles. One of our favorite stays in a while!

Tru has a very up to the minute look, but the they didn't forget the basics of hotel design. Everything was well thought out, comfortable, and functional.

Everything was great. People were nice. Property was clean quiet and safe. Only minor thing was the two girls running the breakfast just sat on their phones not working until we asked, and at that point most of the stuff was out.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. My kids (12 and 8) loved playing pool in the lobby with us, they have complimentary cookies and waters all day, the rooms and hotel itself are extremely clean! And every employee we encountered was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the only thing we will do next time is bring pillows. We sleep with 2 pillows normally and there was only 1 for each of us. We asked for extra pillows and they only had 1 extra pillow due to being filled to capacity this weekend. We didn’t get to utilize the indoor pool due to time constraints, but it looked well kept. We have no complaints and will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, had a person with a food allergy I appreciate the dairy free options at breakfast. You hardly ever see this at hotels.

I love love loved EVERYTHING about this hotel!! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly!!!! Cleanliness was outstanding!! Location was great! They knock it out of the park with the breakfast and complementary water, coffee, and snack! The pool was very clean also. I will most definitely stay here in this hotel every time I visit my family here!! Thank you for being so AWESOME!!!!😁😁😁

No path shoveled in parking lot which was pure ice. I fell and hit my head and hurt my back. I know you are not equipped for snow but you could’ve put cat litter down if you didn’t have salt or sand especially at the side and back doors.

The room was very clean and quiet. I loved the body wash and lotion. The refrigerator is small and there is no microwave. Also, the pillows were soft and not supportive. Otherwise, I would have rated this hotel 5 stars.

We had never stayed at aTru by Hilton. This hotel had many amenities. Pool table in lobby, exercise room, pool. Great selection for breakfast. Will stay again

We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed it! The staff was so friendly and excellent, we would absolutely stay again!

Staff was super nice, great location, lots of activities to do for families, Star bucks super close drive, overall highly recommend. Parking was free and convenient while still easy.
