Loved it. The breakfast selection and time available was great, super clean, comfortable beds and pillows, offered complementary water, fantastic customer service.

The hotel facilities are relatively new, with its own parking lot, which is convenient for parking. There are many restaurants around, and there are also several gas stations. It is convenient for eating and refueling. The room is tidy and clean. The service staff is friendly, and the hotel provides free bottled water and small biscuits and snacks.

Highly recommend. The room wasn’t big but it was just my friend and I so we were very comfortable. Very clean. The people at the reception desk were friendly,helpful, and respectful. The housekeeper I ran into was very nice. 10/10. If you’re staying in Knoxville I highly recommend staying here  great experience. 


The hotel was very nice.   Have stayed there twice now.   They need to improve the breakfast options with more hot food.  The pictures show waffles machines they do Not have that.  They have pancake machine.  The staff at the front desk was pretty friendly when we checked in.
