This hotel has been around for many many years so it’s a bit dated. Shops around the area closes by 3pm and there’s not much to do at night and not much options for dinner. Best to reserve dinner at the hotel before checking into hotel otherwise could end up eating cup noodles at the convenient store. Hotel will not be able to accommodate request for breakfast or dinner at their restaurant during check in, at least that was the case for us and we had to find our own food elsewhere.

Staffs speak decent English. You should have no problem checking in. Nice staff. They provide shuttle bus between hotel and the bus station, all you have to do is ask the information centre to call the hotel for you and they will pick you up from the station. The private bath IS NOT hot spring tho. But the hot spring, especially the golden one, the outdoor ones are excellent. Great view great feel. The dinner is ok(not bad~and everything is fresh. We were just expecting more. I heard the dinner in your room would be even better but of course you’d also have to pay more) but the breakfast is really good. Again, not that the dinner is bad. Definitely worth the price. If you go to Arima Onsen, the hot spring in the hotel should be enough. Nice experience.

設施：傢俱有一定年份，但是保養得很好。
衞生：打掃非常乾淨，花瓶裏的花也是新鮮的鮮花。
環境：全日式裝修，非常有日式風情，配的浴衣非常好看。房間非常大！配的茶非常好喝！洗護用品也很舒服！酒店內部直接有金湯銀湯，洗護用品都非常好！
服務：進門就過來幫忙帶行李，行李有人專門送上客房。進房間後有小姐姐詳細介紹酒店的情況，恰到好處的禮貌，非常舒服！
會席料理：非常有特色！負責料理服務的小哥哥非常真誠，恰到好處的禮貌，非常舒服！會仔細介紹每一道菜，怎麼吃。每一道菜都很好吃，家人沒有吃不習慣。整個過程非常難忘！

혼자와서 온천 즐기고 가기 딱 좋음!! 테마온천… 말이 테마이긴한데…음 그냥 온천 2가지에 장소가 3군데 그래도 골라갈수 있는 재미도 있고 좋음!! 역에서 너무 고지대에 있지도 않고 걸어서 갈만한 수준임 온천 좋아하면 강추!
