I made a reservation because I wanted to eat the best breakfast in the world. It was a little expensive because it was 4 consecutive holidays, but it was good to have a nice and cozy hotel with a retro atmosphere. I wasn't impressed by watching breakfast too much on TV, but it was colorful and cute, and there were strange ways to eat it that I wouldn't normally eat, so it was as expected! The rooms were clean and nice with a classic feel, probably because of the few smoking rooms specified. In a room with many pillars, I honestly thought it was small the moment I entered. Lol The view from the window was completely, and I had the impression that it was for the price as a whole .., but I think that the other rooms were probably different because I chose smoking. The service was normally polite and good.

All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful.  I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)

Stayed a couple of nights in this Hotel on our recent trip to Japan and it was the best of the lot. From the moment you are greeted at reception on the 17th Floor the service you get is excellent at this hotel. The room was a good size and the 3 of us had enough room. It was very clean with a great bathroom and a wonderfully powerful shower. The supplied cotton pyjamas were so good we ended up buying a set to take away. The breakfast was very good, a standard buffet with Japanese items available as well. Plus its the only breakfast I've had where sparkling wine was available. The terrace bar is also based on the 17th floor and has a great view of the city and a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and cocktails. We had dinner one night at the steakhouse which served us with the best Wagyu beef we had in Japan. If we are in Kobe again we will stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to please us and the quality of the accommodation and the food was excellent.

Superb concierge and all staffs service. Truly helpful and we really appreciate the outstanding service of all the crew. Big scale hotel in Kobe. A bit date for its 30s years history of the hotel yet very clean and comfortable. Amenities and facilities are really good. Kids playground, indoor golf, gym, Japanese garden, shops, parking, restaurants, and etc. Breakfast buffet also worth the pay. Another plus point is that there is pet hotel in the area outside main building. Location is prime, just few steps to port area and BeKobe. During our stay, there is Kobe hanabi festival and the location of our hotel is the most benefit. Indoor parking with fee.

We used the hotel for our second wedding anniversary. The welcome service hand towel smells good and makes you feel relaxed immediately. All rooms have a luxurious rococo style with an ocean view. You can spend a blissful time while enjoying the scenery that is unique to Kobe, such as　the Mosaic Ferris wheel and the Port Tower. We had dinner in the room to prevent infectious diseases.It was an impression that it was cold overall..Next time I would like to have it in the restaurant. After taking a jacuzzi bath with a view of the sea, we stayed up late relaxing on the terrace with the night breeze.When you get sleepy, you can snuggle up in the fluffy bed. Breakfast was very satisfying with lots of bread and fruit.

Libmax is located all over Japan, but there is not much good memories until now. Had the lowest image in the hotel chain, but here is very good. Interior that women seem to like. Good with a calm atmosphere. Easy to use with slippers and pajamas. Equipped with lotion and toothbrush. The bath was also relatively large and good. Hotel location very near to Sannomiya Station (JR & Subway) & easy to access. All staff are very kind & helpful. I arrived early at the hotel & leave all my luggage at front desk until my reserved room is ready to check-in. I think it will be a business hotel class for a domestic hotel, but the atmosphere is like a petit hotel in Europe. The lobby and room furnishings are English and classic, somewhere cute, quiet though the land is very good, breakfast is delicious and really recommended. (But I don't want to be known too much ...) I stayed on the premier floor. The size and atmosphere seem to be the same as the standard floor, but the capsule type coffee maker in the room There is a casual difference (with a long-established cookie) and the shower head is a refa. Also, in the afternoon, I had as many homemade cakes and drinks as I liked for free in the lounge. I was grateful that I could relax from sightseeing to dinner. (The cake seems to have changed from ４ to a cookie platter.) The staff are also polite and kind, It was a very pleasant response. I also want to stay at this hotel when I stay in Kobe, and I want to go to Kobe again because I have this hotel.

our previous stay was in 2015, hence we are back again. the design of the rooms was fantastic and realistic! Room space were large and practical. Along to way from the train station to the hotel, we were greeted by some local GROs - they were so KAWAII! Also,. DON DONKI is just nearby - we bought some necessities there. What's disappointing on the entrance to the hotel, was there ramp to the up and only escalator to the front desk. I only there is a elevator some corner, but there are lack of signs to show it. Next, the shower room requires through cleaning as able to spot some hairs and water marks from previous guests.

It's the best for this price! I have stayed at many hotels in Japan and I can say this is the best for about 50 dollars. The hotel is at Sannomiya station and the room is clean and huge compared to many hotels in Japan. The TV is big too with large screen and YouTube Netflix channel. Staff is friendly and nice and they all have English service so don't worry about it. I will definitely stay at Brenza hotel again if I ever come to Kobe. I really recommend it to anyone who plan to visit Kobe.

It is an old-fashioned inn, a few minutes walk from Shin Kobe Station. I went to eat rice instead of staying. It was a private room when I made a reservation. There is a table in the tatami room. I ordered a course dish, but the amount and quality were very satisfactory. The rice is served with pickles and Kobe beef shigure boiling, but this rice and shigure boiling is quite delicious. The rice is delicious even if there is no side dish. The beef steak may have been the most delicious I have ever eaten. The ginger is not too strong and the meat remains firmly delicious. This delicious shigure boiling and delicious rice combination is the best! By the way, I bought it with souvenirs and returned.
